    I saw the pack of country gravy powder mix this morning and the chicken on the cover. This led to me making that gravy and adding some sausage to it while dipping the handy chicken breasts from the freezer in some eggs and nicely flavoured flour. Not too bad and miminal mess to clean up.

    As a Canadian living in the region where the vast majority of the world's maple syrup is produced, I approve. Indeed, I do.

    That maple syrup is real should go without saying. Everything else is simply "table syrup."

    Aunt Jemima looks like a nice lady and all, but she doesn't know what the fuck she's doing with the syrup. That shit is corn syrup.

    Peach, strawberry, banana, grape, Trop50 and spinach smoothie, six snack sticks of celery with natural peanut butter.
    And some locally roasted Kenyan coffee with a teeny splash of Bailey's for taste.
    I can't eat the majority of Super Bowl foodstuffs, so I figure I'll be eating a cheese sammich on a hamburger bun with ketchup, mustard, pickles, lettuce and tomato while they consume Bubba Burgers for dinner. Yo, redneck, how you doin'?

    I'm on the road. Hampton Inn offered cute little cheese omelets, (I had two) bacon, fresh fruit, (cantaloupe, pineapple, citrus) along with pretty good coffee and about half a glass of milk. I skipped the sugary cereals, iced pastries, bagels, waffles, corn syrup, and the other high carb stuff.
