I have a job interview next Monday with the State of Michigan for a Network Security position and I was attacked with a bad cold. If this cold lasts until next Monday, they are going to be talking to a stuffed up and raspy sounding Jove.

Inconsequential eye floater updated: went back to the optometrist to get my pupils dilated (for the first time ever) so he could take a closer look, and he said he didn't see anything too remarkable. He gave me a referral to a retina specialist to get it checked out if it gets worse. It's still distracting the hell out of me, but like Fangirl said, it'll just have to be something I get used to.

Now for the fun part: holy blown out pupils, Batman!



What messed with my head even more than seeing my eyes like this came a few hours later, when my right pupil was about a millimeter bigger than my left.

 

This crazy yo-yo Michigan weather is great for getting sick. I'm surprised I haven't been stricken yet. I mega-dose vitamin C. Maybe that helps.
