    There’s a park not far from where my gf’s parents live with some nature trails, along which the songbirds will show up demanding to be hand fed bird seed.

    We’ve made it a tradition to go there at least once during any holiday family visit, and it keeps me from losing my mind being around her mom the whole time.

    My wife took that picture from the passenger seat of our rental SUV, zero zoom, they were really that close. They couldn’t care less if a car is there, they don’t move until they feel like it.
