Never be embarrassed to go into a sex shop. They're not going to judge you for buying toys, they're the ones selling them for a living. I went to one with a couple of friends to get a gag gift for someone and not knowing what to expect, but the woman there was very friendly and nice and made us all feel comfortable being there.
