GOP's Comer launches investigation into Walz's 'engagement' with China

Yet another investigation from the GOP on the opposition.
Again, much to do about nothing. (Benghazi!!!)

the GOP mantra, if ya can't beat 'em, cause doubt and fear.

IMHO, they should call a panel to really investigate how much $$$ these red herring investigations have cost US.

This investigation is ludicrous, ridiculous, frivolous, etc. Which is the GOP MO in the House & the Senate.

Side note: I recall Rand Paul promising
    a GOP investigation into
    a Dem investigation of
a GOP investigation that found nothing.
Children in elementary school aren't that childish.

Politicians from both parties have been forced to Play Nice with China for many decades; the bluster against Evil China has largely been rhetoric.

Can you imagine the reaction from business leaders in the US, and the World, if our politicians suddenly took meaningful actions against China that caused major disruptions in the supply of goods from China? If people think shortages & inflation (much of being profit grabs) during the pandemic recovery are bad, they wouldn't want to experience sudden & huge losses of cheap made in China products.

The truth is China owns the US. China bought us with our money that we gladly gave them.

‘Evangelicals For Harris’ Drops Brutal Ad Questioning If Trump is a ‘False Prophet’

It's NOT looking good for the GOP this year...

When portions of your base start shearing off to vote for the opposition. They're going to regret this bet on this diseased horse. (and the down field races too...those that endorsed Chump)
Could be a stampede trouncing the GOP this year.
    We can only hope.

Let's get some sanity and civility back in politics again.
    Throw out the bums.

NPD Trump could not quote even one single Bible verse.

It's not that difficult to remember "Jesus wept." Note: They have to keep things easy & simple for NPD Trump.

NPD Trump likes to double down on the absurd & the stupid when challenged. That wouldn't (hopefully won't) play well live & in person. There are differences between writing BS for your supporters who want it, and saying BS to people who are tired of it.

A quarter of Republicans think Trump should seize power even if he loses

    Uhh,
And y'all wonder why many call you the,
    • Crazy Party
    • Stupid Party
    • Racist Party
    • Fascist Party
    and etc. and so on...

Y'all make it easy to insult and imply it, because you're DOING IT !!! :(
Look in the mirror...what are you all vampires??? You can't see yourselves?

These days, you're making it easy for the Dems.

And if it wasn't for gerrymandering and the Dick Dastardly manipulations on the voting...or the archaic electorate, you'd all be out on your tails, laughed out.
Oh yeah, y'all get a lift from the media, being "fair" and "all sides" method. (which is comparing corruption of a mountain to a molehill) * And they want a horserace, to sell headlines.

Even many of your GOP members, are asking where did their ol' GOP go?

Stop your shit and get off the pot...and wipe your asses, and go back to ol' school. (Y'all claim to be conservatives...then BE conservative...not radical irrational cult members)

But they're going to have to lose it all, before they figure it out.
Meanwhile, many GOP with integrity are voting for Harris and many are becoming GDI's or Gosh Darn Independents. ;)

After Project 2025, Knives Are Out for Heritage — On the Right

Overreach is a bad habit that the GOP can't seem to quit...and they overdose on.
    It's their Achilles' Heal.

No one is to blame but themselves.
The Heritage and other other conservative think tanks have gone overboard...helped create a full literal conspiracy (no UFOs here, this is REAL)
Despite the fact that the Dems actually cooperated with them some...and used their ideas, which they deny after the face (* Ex: Obamacare/ACA is based off a Heritage idea and plan)

In the end, it was all or nothing...to take over the whole friggin' nation, get their way...and screw any other viewpoint or group.
BUT...they were a bit too aggressive and open about it...clumsy, sloppy. Irrational Exuberance.
AND their cronies were not above doing their own corruption, lining their own pockets, getting perks and triggering red flags all over in conflicts of interest and excessive activities (Ginny Thomas, for example)
AND there are "behind the scenes" players, keeping a more subtle low key, "don't look at the man behind the curtain", but managed to get themselves in the news with large negative profiles. (too many to count)
much less ones that were imprisoned but pardoned by Chump while he was prez. (again, too many to count)

So you wonder WHY there's now backfire...and torches being raised??? DUH!!!

    Again, look in the mirror.
But you vampire won't see anything, we know.
Y'all made your beds/coffins, lie in them.

So now's the time to get a bunch of garlic, some holy American symbols ;) and put some stakes in the hearts (NOT literally, police/FBI) in the VIPs

    Kill this true conspiracy. :eek::mad:

House votes down Speaker Johnson's funding plan as shutdown deadline approaches

Well, duh, there IS a reason they voted it down, including some Republicans...
Y'all are doubling down on your radicalism/extremism.
The US is not about your way or the highway. MOST Americans do NOT agree with your far-right values and views.

AND to be real and cynical, those GOP that voted for it, are likely in states they would be politically hung for, or at least lose their seats.

What I'm hoping is voters see this continuing radicalism and mismanagement of govt and misrepresentation of what MOST citizens/voters want...and throw your bum asses out.
Hoping the GOP loses HUGE this year.

Not because I'm a fan of the Dems, I'm a GDI...but because its VS the insanity/toxicity the GOP has become. (and there are no other options where it's not a piss in the dirt vote )

Cheers, here's to seeing y'all go.
And then we can clean up the mess, have some calm, and get some good ACTIVE govt. (God forbid id we expect our reps to ACTUALLY rep and fix shit.)
STOP posing & posturing and being corrupt...and do your fuckin' JOBS !!! (the one we are paying $$$ for)
For what MOST citizens want and need. (NOT billionaire and biz :( ...and certainly not friggin, Russians, Saudis, etc. yes kids, they have influence...likely laundering bribes thru cryptocurrency and otherwise)

    ^^^ Regarding SAVE ^^^

NPD Trump is not going let go of his election loss defense: Election fraud.

When 19 out of 20 people,
with the majority of those people being Republicans in charge of the elections at the state level,
tell you there is no widespread election fraud,
you should listen to the 19, not the one person agreeing with you.

When 161 out of 163 court cases are dismissed because they lack evidence to support the suit,
    you should believe the courts.
