Trump at NRA convention floats 3-term presidency

He'll stay as long as he can.
    Bend any rule.

Only by croaking will he not go on...
By then, he'll have all his cronies in control...and not going anywhere themselves.

If he's saying it, he'll do it.
Just he does every time...and people scoff and don't believe it.
    You'd think we'd learn by now. :oops::confused::eek::mad:

I'm not so sure NPD Trump would really want a third term. Perhaps if it allowed him to step down during the third term and place a family member as POTUS.

    *****
The good news is the NRA isn't the powerhouse it used to be.

The bad news is many firearms enthusiasts are single issue voters who support the GOP no matter what.

But that's been the issue from the beginning...
There's a large segment of people that invest into him ...they don't care where the money goes.
It's kind of like tithing to a church, but they keep donating despite where those funds go.
It's just a part of being something bigger and faith in the leader.
And they are told what they want to hear.

Speaking of disturbing thought processes and mass manipulation
Trump posts social media video seemingly suggesting his victory will bring 'unified Reich'
Chump has finally made a step towards one of his favorite books, "Mein Kampf"

Again, if he says it...he'll move to it.
    He's done this pattern before...
And opposition just doesn't believe it...yet he does.

He's admired strongmen and tyrants...and I wouldn't put it past him.
    But who am I??

    "Reich" just slipped past someone
    who didn't notice it?
    Bullshit.

The defense rested their case today in the payoff cover-up case in NYC. I'm surprised they only brought out two defense witnesses, perhaps less is supposed to make NPD Trump more innocent.

What doesn't surprise me is NPD Trump didn't take the stand; I'm guessing even with his toxic narcissism Agent Orange 45 knew better than to testify. The Maybe/Maybe Not was just a game played with the news media.

    More corruption from NPD Trump,
    more protection by the GOP.

A simple majority makes it way too easy to pass BS motions.

A two-thirds majority makes it way too easy to block worthwhile motions.

What do we do about the children in Congress playing their games?

Trump found guilty of 34 counts of falsifying business records, becoming the first U.S. president to be convicted of criminal charges

    YES! :D
Now, he still needs to go through sentencing. But 34 counts isn't going to bode well.
And he'll certainly appeal, but this isn't Federal, it's NY, so SCOTUS is moot...the highest would be NY SC.
AND he's forgetting, he can still be found in contempt for the gag order. (He opened his big mouth yet again)

Hopefully, this is just the start for the other cases to go forward.
Even better, other entities and businesses can use this as precedent for their own lawsuits on other fraud.

And the NYC AG is probably so relieved, he put up a lot for this case.

Some questions that immediately came to mind.

    https://www.yahoo.com/news/faq-can-...-what-the-guilty-verdict-means-212711652.html

Former president Trump has been found guilty of all 34 felony charges. Here's what that means.

My attitude is, something is better than nothing.
If the US votes him in again after this and everything else, then we deserve to fail.

BUT, it's a long way to November...
And he's got more humbling on his way, IMHO. :D

Just gotta keep Biden up & about...and talking decent enough.

A lot of people are going to be totally pissed off over the slap on the wrist NPD Trump is going to receive.

Some legal factors are NPD Trump is
    a first time offender, who
    committed a white collar crime
    that didn't really hurt anyone.

I'm hoping for some strict probation (I'd love to hear some ideas on what that might be), which NPD Trump would violate.

Prison would be truly great, but let's face it, that's highly unlikely.

We should save our true outrage for
    when Aileen Cannon-Trump
    totally blows the strongest case
the US has against Agent Orange 45.

The temptations to say insulting things will be strong for NPD Trump, perhaps even irresistible.

fflowley Don't just do something, stand there!

The only way he will get a worse sentence is by continuing to run his mouth, particularly at his sentencing appearance.
He seems incapable of controlling it.
    Stay tuned.

Well, 2 of the things really influence sentencings...intent and repentance.
Chump was shown to have serious intent, that's why all all the guilts were in the 1st degree.
but he has shown he certainly isn't repentant at all...and he's lashing out after and claiming falsehoods.

Frankly, they might throw the book at him. Just because it's SO blatant and no shame what so ever.
That he certainly would do it again.

I hope both of you are right.

And just as I started typing this Agent Orange 45 shows up in the news seriously insulting Judge Merchan.

I don't think NPD Trump would care for prison clothing, food, mattresses, pillows, etc. I hope we find out, but I'm not holding my breath.

Trump Wants Supreme Court to Intervene in Hush-Money Conviction

Mike "Church Lady" Johnson* has suggested he discussed this with some of the Supremes (or is Nikki McCann Ramirez suggesting it?).
If true, this needs to be noted for future legal reference.

*Thanks go to scaredketchup on YouTube for making Mike Johnson the new Church Lady.

Yeah, so much for the GOP complaining about "activist judges"
They're sticking their noses into everything now.

It's only not good when others do it.
    PhD in hypocrisy.
