    The judges, &
    the judiciary in general,
    are pussies!

Nobody, especially the politicians (on both sides), wants to face the consequences of jailing NPD Trump.

Are they scared because of the shootings at some universities (Kent St, & Ohio) during the Vietnam War protests?

    In the case of magatards
    turning the troops loose on
    people committing illegal acts
    using violence & firearms
    is justified.

    The people in the position
to put NPD Trump in jail, &
    the people in the position
    to handle the backlash,
    are pussies!

I sincerely hope Joe Biden is reelected. I sincerely hope one of his early actions is the very public firing of Merrick "Tortoise" Garland. Tortoise Garland isn't completely at fault, but if it were possible to accurately assign percentages his would be extremely high.

Note: I've resorted to using a vulgar insult from the 1970s because it seems the most applicable.

I've never read an explanation of TMTG that made it sound like a good idea, much less a good investment. Let's hope NPD Trump's 78.75 million shares are worth less than rotting lettuce by the time he's allowed to sell them.

In some ways I agree with Luttig's comments.

Ex-Federal Judge Blasts Entire Judiciary, Nation For Not Calling Out Trump More

When elected politicians load the judiciary, and many other agencies, with people who put political beliefs ahead of logic and common good, what, exactly, is cthe nation" supposed to do?

What about the people on the right who support the Republican platform in general, but not MAGA? What do they do when seemingly good sense politicians they elect decide to join The Red Shield?

What do people who elect Democrats do when the Repubs have control of Congress? Have control at the state level?

Blaming "the nation" for not doing something about the mess we have 'let happen' is one thing. The thing is the majority of the blame belongs on the coward politicians, namely Republicans, and the people in charge of the GOP.

I have some very interesting thoughts about how "the nation" could get the attention of the cowards, hypocrites, & biased agenda pushers that control our country. But I don't really want to end up having to explain my thoughts to the wrong people.

Note: I put this under NPD Trump. It could easily go under the GOP, or What's Happening?.

The problem is, the majority of people and/or voters have are oblivious to this.
They don't "get" the details or the consequences, their focus and worldview is elsewhere.
Life, bills, work, etc. and so on...

And the media is out to sell headlines and make a buck.

The powers that be, they just want to stay in power...win the next election, get kickbacks from lobbyists.

Few are paying attention, or have the attention span to consider it other than a blink of an eye.

Only a few, take the time to see something and say something.
Those people won't vote for Chump anyway.
But they're shouting into the wind.

NPD Trump is now including LEOs in his quest for immunity.

    https://www.salon.com/2024/04/03/why-the-police-are-providing-cover-for-jan-6/

The occasional very intentional bad acts by LEOs would be acceptable as part of doing business.

Note: There is no way in hell Donald J. Trump wrote that piece on TS. He might be smart enough to key it in, but he is not smart enough to have written it.

    Two days,
    three losses for NPD Trump.

    https://www.cnbc.com/2024/04/03/trump-loses-late-bid-to-delay-new-york-hush-money-trial.html

These two are covered in their respective threads.

    https://www.reuters.com/legal/trump...ments-case-personal-records-claim-2024-04-04/

Edit: These are part of the 'death by a thousand cuts,' but many of these rulings against NPD Trump are part of a general plan to delay his trials as long as possible. So far only the Hush Money case appears to be going to trial this month, but it's probably the weakest case against Agent Orange 45, with the lowest public interest (that's just my opinion).

NPD Trump's "people" arranged to finance/receive the $175M bond.

It turns out there was an offer to, or at least an interest in, providing him the full $464M. Which might or might not have been required to be reported to the court.

    https://www.propublica.org/article/trump-bond-disclosure-appeals-court-hankey

Two things jump out at me. I don't see how the first offer was being discussed and then negotiated without at least some of NPD Trump's legal team knowing about it. It seems highly likely an ethics violation occurred.

The second explanation from Don Hankey sure as hell sounds like a spin attempt. Many Trump supporters aren't especially bright, and neither are some extremely wealthy people, but I can't see Hankey reaching out without first thinking about what he was doing. Even for a multi billionaire (by what strict or lenient measure?) $464M is a lot of money.

Trump lawyers claimed no one would give him bond. Then he got a lifeline, but they didn't tell court

Trump Posts Bizarre Solar Eclipse Campaign Ad, With His Head Blocking Out the Sun

Well, he's on a roll of bad news and moves for sure.

He and his lawyers didn't inform the courts about the higher amount, so he didn't need the reduction by the appellate court.
LJ is just chompin' at the bit to go after his properties, especially after all the bad blood and bad maneuvers he did in the bail/bond fiasco.

Then it's not looking good on his cases...he's ruffled too many feathers on those also. (Hint: don't attack the judge or their family)

And finally, he's posted some omnious ad with his noggin blocking out the sun. (if that doesn't given any Anti-Christ vibes, I don't know what does )

Sad part is...that this wouldn't be the strangest or twisted stuff that would be done if he did get in office again.
He just has no limits or boundaries.

The NPD Trump bond issue sounds like comedy (not humorous) of errors. Is it possible for that many attorneys and "successful" businessmen to be that incompetent? Edit: Unethical? Definitely.

I hope James does go after his properties legally, the original $464M bond is reinstated, & Hankey loses a lot of money because he & his people didn't do their homework.

If Aileen Cannon-Trump allows the trial to start, and NPD Trump gets convicted, I'll be shocked. If she sentences NPD Trump to meaningful prison time, without giving him an out, I might start believing in Gawd.

Appeals judge denies Trump’s request to delay start of hush money trial so he can challenge gag order

I think the judges and appellate courts have started to be fed up with the constant delaying tactics.
He and his lawyers may not be able to use this anymore. (except with Cannon, who's bias is apparently for Mr. T)

Frankly, I hope it's a trend now to start resisting and enforcing "normal" or typical activities, especially in light of an atypical and toxic player.

I wonder if this will influence SCOTUS, now that they're seeing a trend and pattern against him.

I'll go with Aileen Cannon-Trump knows what she's doing when she causes delays by taking her sweet time considering motions, & saves her ass reversing herself.

Someone posted a great comment on YouTube. If NPD Trump were your employer you couldn't be a member of the jury in his truial; why is Aileen Cannon-Trump allowed to be the judge?

I think that article is way too optimistic...
    but I hope they're right.

Perhaps the loud squeaky MAGA wheel is shrinking and breaking down.

Trump Bond’s Cayman Connection ‘Stinks to High Heaven’

As with many thing connected to Chump, the reality is a twisted story arc worse any any soap opera.
Makes you wonder if they'll ever figure everything out.
Much less, go after any of these twisted folks.

I think ANY court, authority or prosecutor should START thinking something is wrong and not viable when in connection to him.
It would be more true than not.

    Judge: STFU

Now, how many times to they all have to say this, before they actually do anything about it???
Because he won't take the hint and he'll double-down.

Anyone else, they'd be in jail by now for contempt and/or fined up the wahzoo.

Some more details have come out regarding the financial juggling act behind NPD Trump's bond.

    https://www.salon.com/2024/04/16/ab...fraud-bond--and-it-could-blow-up-in-his-face/

This sounds more bullshit piled on bullshit. It all sounds like paper wealth, not cash & liquid assets. If Agent Orange 45 really has the account to cover the $175M make him use it. Better yet, reinstate the $564M bond.

The courts shouldn't fall for the slight of hand.
