I’ve only heard of it going to California, 2 in Washington state and Georgia, specifically in the county trying Chump and others in the election interference case.
The only one I’ve heard from Texas was awhile back and a totally different guy who they got and tried.

It wouldn’t surprise me if there’s more, but it would be surprising going to the TX AG, who’s ultra conservative.
If so, it would likely be 2 different groups/perpetrators, each with different agendas, but using the same chemical.
    1. Going after the AG specially, he’s pissed off many and done crimes (could be any political party or independent)

    2. A group trying to intimidate election officials, probably ultra conservative, since so far they’ve targeted liberal states or one they consider RINO.
    Just my opinion and guess

I have a guess that wouldn't surprise me: Ken Paxton made it up  .

Forget the Polls—Here’s What Actual Election Results Can Tell Us About 2024

So the media is doing a horserace.
And the poll vendors are likely doing close calls to get more interest and continuous poll reporting.
Also, there's always been a question as to who is answering any poll. (I know I hang up or avoid them like the plague )

So what it comes down to, is turning out the vote.
And making sure people can vote easily.

Also the topics also noted in the article, currently seem to be trending in the Dems' agenda's favor.

The GOP isn't also doing themselves any favors with their antics in Congress and otherwise.

Frankly, they're acting almost cartoonish, like Dick Dastardly trying to win...or Wile E. Coyote.

I hope the media gets its act together. And starts realizing there's more at stake here than simply getting a headline and selling ads.
It isn't a normal campaign. Not with a wannabe tyrant in the running.

Democracy is on the line, no joke or exaggeration.

I sometimes think polls have a squeaky wheel factor, the people who respond to polls want to make noise & be heard.

To a certain extent the news has to give the people what they want in order to stay in business, but the bandwagon effect gets really old.

What the hell is everyone scared of? Uprisings by the magatards?

Its really simple: Declare NPD Trump ineligible under 14.3, then let the case work its way to the SC.

Edit: I hit a paywall with WP.

Colorado judge rules Trump ‘engaged in an insurrection’ — but can still run for president

""The Court holds there is scant direct evidence regarding whether the Presidency is one of the positions subject to disqualification,” she wrote."

Sarah B. Wallace, pathetic excuse for a "judge." A totally spineless wimpy pussy.

Something glaringly missing from the Politico article:
    The judge's name.

    Colorado District Judge Sarah Wallace

And her reasoning is absurd...it applies to all officials...but not presidents.

If I were the group, I'd appeal.

Yes, he did everything you said...and it applies to all...but presidents.
What happened to no one is above the law???

When did presidents get to be god-kings???

Now I understood the other state's case...it's not at the federal level yet, primaries are at a party level.
If it gets to a general election, then it may apply.

However, the way we currently treat the 2 major parties in the nation, which have a virtual monopoly
I don't think that's a fair assessment, they are both integrated into the system at the moment.
And it IS a federal contest, if they can regulate funding and other rules, then they can do it at the party level too for qualifiers.

14.3 Is going have to be settled at the SC/federal level, even if a refusal, because that would clearly kick back to the states.

I'm thinking 14.3 could be one of the biggest legal cases in the history of the USA. If we can find any people with the backbone to hear it, sort it out, AND figure out how to enforce 14.3.

BTW, from what I’ve heard, it will be appealed on the state level.

And most experts say, they won’t disagree with the fact finding part…that she said he DID do insurrection.

But, they’ll question the statement that it doesn’t apply to the president, but every other official.
Most think this is weak and splitting hairs.

Frankly, I think by the time we actually get to the primaries,
    Chump will have screwed up
Or multiple cases will go against him
Or people will just be exhausted by him
    Or all of the above

Then even IF he somehow gets through the party primary
This court cycle will go again on the federal level, for many states.

Right now, I hope he gets every slap in the face and gut shot possible.
    Well deserved karma.

IMHO, it’s the horserace media that I worry about.
    Creating controversy for the opposition.

Americans For Prosperity* has been against NPD Trump for quite a while, but they are now stepping up the campaign against him.

Anti-Donald Trump mailers sent out by top Republican donor.

Hopefully their message gets through to voters who want to remain Repubs, and get rid of NPD Trump.

The petulant man-child admits to, and lies about, his dictatorship plans if reelected.

Is this an example NPD Trump not realizing he's being spoon fed questions by Hannity? Most likely not. I'm sure the Town Hall meeting (which it certainly wasn't) was rehearsed in advance, probably ad nauseum for NPD Trump's benefit. If he can concentrate on being coached, or anything really, for more than five minutes.

He tells us EVERYTHING he's going to do...has done it in the past.
We better believe him, because he DOES do it, sooner or later.

And this is what should scare everyone. (including MAGA ...or at least most of them)

Some Repubs supporting NPD Trump just because he's the GOP frontrunner & former POTUS, and even some of the dedicated magatards, would be* in for a surprise when he starts going after Repubs they support.

A solid red state could find getting help from Washington difficult if their some of their state Repub politicians made the "mistake" of saying NPD Trump is wrong. Similar to, but not the same as, the Hurricane Katrina aftermath and Little George Bush. Someone who seriously follows political vengeance could probably come up with much more recent examples of Red vs Red.

Opinion: The finest speech ever given in a presidential debate

This is a good rating and it was interesting to see what graded the GOP got.

BUT they need to get the scamp that's playing hooky...Chump needs to be in these too.
Don't give the man a free ride.

AND his opposition should be attacking and questioning him like crazy.

Debates are important, we have them for a reason.
It's a filtering process...see if they can stand up to the test.
But Chump is a dunce, who likes to skip any responsibility.

Hopefully the GOP will figure this out, sooner rather than later. (but I doubt it)
the are dancing with the devil.:eek::oops:

Besides...if the "liberal" tactic of letting Chump speak, so he puts his foot in his mount works
then it should work for his conservative opposition too just as well.

And God knows how he'd treat Haley, after what he did with Hillary
and all the other women he's been in competition with.
