    I never understood the appeal of chicken wings. Seems like a lot of work for a relatively small payoff.

    The whole matter got me thinking of the equation that would account for, let's say (generously), 20% of the population of Orlando and its surrounding burbs that require at least 2.6 dozen wings per month to maintain true happiness and the number of wing establishments it would take to keep said wing aficionados within that optimum chicken wing zone. Then compare that figure to the actual number of chicken wing huts, barns, houses and shacks that currently pepper spray the Orlando area. I daresay the supply far outweighs the demand.
