Opinion | Cowboys for Trump' ruling might be a key to preserving our democracy — MSNBC

    Exactly.
    We must act.

Our good leaders must act against those who tried to overthrow the true & legitimate government.
    This includes bad leadership…including T.

    To wait is to wain.
    To linger is too late.
The more time that passes, the more they can hide.
And regain power…to try again and be even more aggressive and audacious.

They only want what THEY want…power.
    No sharing, no compromise.
And even IF, the orange version of Jabba the Hutt
Who wants it ALL for HIM
…is not their flag bearer and ultimate king
They will continue to push and play vicious games
Until only THEY are in control…completely.

There’s a reason Washington was wary of parties.
Because he knew, often they live only for themselves
    And no other…

The DOJ needs to arrest and jail those who betrayed our nation…perhaps more so than Benedict Arnold.
Perhaps more dangerous and insidious than Senator McCarthy.

    Perhaps an underground civil war…
Because if some can have an Underground Railroad to save slaves,
    The the reverse is true
There may be an underlying political correlation supporting the empowerment of ONE group.

    Act, before they act.
Because they will NOT hesitate or restrain themselves.

This is not an exaggeration, it IS real.

Fortunately they’re incompetent and can’t keep a poker face. Their acting and masks are poorly done.
    We benefit from their stumbling.
Making it very obvious and apparent.

    So WHY the wait???
Would you give the benefit of the doubt of a pickpocket you caught swiping your wallet???

There’s no honor, no respect from them.
Why should others give it to them???
They’re the ones stalking YOUR house.

    Act, please.
    Stop doing yourself a disservice.

Texas is even more of a "cowboy*" state than New Mexico. I don't see any lawsuit against any politician supporting the Jan 06 Insurrection, even clearly and directly, happening in Texas.

But I can be cautiously optimistic that such actions happen in Texas and many other states, and are successful.

    * Ignorant & Stubborn would be more accurate than "cowboy."

Jan. 6 panel weighs new DOJ cooperation after Trump world subpoenas

    Dammit, share and ACT!!!
Y'all are slower than Tim Conway's shuffling old man from the Carol Burnette show.

This is TOO important to linger and posture on.
    We could lose the nation.
How much damage has there done already??? (in so many shapes & forms)

Y'all are crawling like a baby across the track while a huge freight train coming blaring at you at ramming speeds.
    Pathetic.

Russia might not be a state sponsor of terrorism officially, but the government should label this Federalist Society group a sponsor of domestic terrorism.

Analysis: The Durham probe isn't turning out how Donald Trump said it would — CNN Politics

So basically it was a red herring.

Which doesn’t surprise me, smoke & mirrors is a part of T’s M.O.

I’ll be surprised if the report, when it’s done finally
    We won’t have anything significant
    Likely he’ll punt.

Watch the DOJ and the House panel for most “up-front” results
Biden and the other alphabet soup of fed govt are likely acting under the radar.

Anything T or his cronies have done are going to be worthless.

The Justice Dept.’s Jan. 6 investigation is looking at ... everything

Sad that took this LONG to get this point... :(
Fully Sharing, fully cooperating, moving fast, using all their powers, enforcing it, gunning for the targets, fighting for info, etc and so on...

It took them "forever" to get the train moving & grooving
They made Eeyore seem like a hyper ADD kid.

    And now we're here...
I hope we have enough time.
Because T and his cronies (and judges) are playing every delaying action they can get away with.
All to get back power, so T can be top of the heap...and rule like an Emperor.

    We can't let it happen.
unfortunately. we're not in control. The granny drivers are.

Justice Department asks appeals court to revive its criminal probe into classified Mar-a-Lago documents

As many court experts are saying, this was just a "silly" set of ruling. (IMHO, they're being TOO polite.)
To first approve a "special master" to take time to review the case and classified/secret/top secret docs.
AND 2nd, say the DOJ and prosecutors cannot use/review the docs until AFTER the special master report...due all the way at the end of November!!!

This is simply YET another delaying tactic and obfuscation by T and his cronies.
AND the T appointee judge to assist. (YEP, I said it...she's a dupe or ally...straight out )

The DOJ has finally the momentum.
They've got T on some really serious criminal charges, for having them AND not returning.
Much less...the potential he sold them, or let spies see them or take...or just even copies.
AND the very SERIOUS and dangerous potential use of them.
I mean, T had fuckin' NUKE info in that huge batch!!

This is what I don't get...why isn't the news all over this shit.
Frankly, I'm astounded the people just stay oblivious.
Ignorance is NOT bliss...the shit can still get ya, the bus can still hit ya, gravity still works...and a nuke can still FRY you ass and your family and your city!!!

It makes the movie, "Don't Look Up" not a comedy...but a social documentary.
    People...GEEZ :(

Special master to Trump’s lawyers: ‘You can't have your cake and eat it too’
To T & his lawyers...ya better what out, you might get what you wished for...

However it sounds like for now, the SM isn't just going to roll over a la Ken Starr
But the real problem is the timing...

We cannot afford to wait until the end of November...not with the election going at the beginning.
Basically, the GOP needs to feel the pain as much as possible.
    Why?
Because they're supporting the HUGE orange rage monster and they aren't playing with a full deck
The more damage they have given to them...means less damage to the nation and constitution.
And it also means that less insane/bad leaders get in and more potentially sane/good leaders get in.

    But y'gotta ACT fast.

Key takeaways from New York AG’s lawsuit against Trump — Axios

Ingenious to make it a civil suit instead of criminal

    1. The bar is much lower, doesn’t have to be proven at the same strict level as criminal

    2. Allow NY to get their money back from the corruption

    3. Allows to sue multiple people, instead of each individually as with a criminal trial...getting T, his kids, his executives and the T organization in one fell swoop

    4. Doesn’t overlap with all the potential criminal cases to be thrown at T…Federal, IRS, Georgia, Scotland, etc

    She’s a smart cookie…and she’s going to win.
That’s how they got OJ, the Trading Places method
Take away all his $$$ :D

Trump docs probe: Court lifts hold on Mar-a-Lago records

And T cannot claim bias...because 2 of the 3 judges where appointed by him.

This whole thing is necessary to pursue criminal charges on T...ASAP.
    The sooner, the better.
AND determine the actual impact and consequences of the release of the Secret info/docs (who saw it, who has them, what is the damage, can dmg be prevented? and so much more...)
Time is of the essence. Again, ASAP.
This is NOT even political...this is REAL national security. (T even had nuke stuff in the pile!!!)

Thankfully the judges made the unbiased logical right decision.
If only this happened in the 1st place and more often.

    NPD Trump said/admitted:
As POTUS he could declassifiy docs by "thinking" they were declassified, even knowing there were procedures that should be followed.
He didn't even know what documents he had.

Meadows texts reveal direct White House communications with pro-Trump operative behind plans to seize voting machines | CNN Politics

    The levees are breaking...
Not even several little MAGA putsch boy sausage fingers could plug up these holes. ;)

In any prosecution it will be even TMI for evidence.
But in truth, it wouldn't still cover likely TONS of things still hidden and done in this massive real life conspiracy.:eek::oops:

    Speaking of which...
Liz Cheney: January 6 panel got 800,000 pages from Secret Service

    Nothing from Jan 6th though
The SS troopers are still hiding their part in this coup clusterfuck.
If I were Biden, I'd slowly be firing them all.
Maybe that's what he'll ask the new commander to do...

‘Giant Backfire’: Trump’s Demand for Special Master Is Looking Like a Mistake

Trump’s Mar-a-Lago special master gambit seems to be backfiring — MSNBC

    Uhhh, y’think???

    Oh snap!

The Special Master HE insisted on
And got one HIS judges to allow
    Want him to testify!!! :D

Judge again sides with Trump in Mar-a-Lago documents fight — POLITICO

Ginni Thomas tells Jan. 6 panel she still believes false election fraud claims, chair says — POLITICO

If these aren’t showing conspiracy, I don’t know what would?
I think of most conspiracies as CYS after the fact.
Rarely is there one by intent before the corruption happens.

    But is obviously BOTH
A sloppy coordinated plan and distinct activities to overthrow the government and keep T in his seat.
    AND
Continuous CYA by delaying, obscuring and favoring T.
    Law & precedent be damned.
All by MAGA Allie’s and radicalized Republicans

Frankly, by now, the judge in question needs to be investigated…for kickbacks, biased calls, favoritism, conflict of interest and ethics.

The rest are being taken care of by the Congress Panel and the DOG.

And they’re blared it out all over tarnation.
So it has has been in very plane sight …very apparent

Cross your fingers, the MAGA coordinates leaves
