The campus is on a delay tomorrow, which means I don't have to go to work until 10!

 

Reading about the child support, it works both ways. When I was in the hospital, my son's mother told my mom to not call my son because he didn't care, she also refused to follow court orders on visitation.

I haven't worked or made money to live on since I got sick Sept, 2010, fighting for disability, have been open and honesty with children services about it all, got the doctor's order saying I could not work. And yet, after a hearing with the case worker's boss showing records of my health and so on, I am still being harassed and threatened to have my driver's license taken and thrown in jail for contempt of court. I know people 10's of thousands behind working under the table and not even trying to pay and the courts do NADA. I'm less than 5,000 behind and have a legitimate excuse but get harassed on a semi-daily basis.

No lawyer will touch the case because I have no money. Which is how his mom can get away with her breaking court ordered visitation rights. NOT everyone who doesn't pay is a deadbeat.

 

Didn't want to get up this morning.

 

Hopefully I will have a new hard drive installed by tonight. I suppose it's a good thing I had to take all lecture classes this semester.

I can appreciate that there are sometimes legitimate reasons for parents not being able to pay support. But, someone collecting a paycheck or hiding income is, in my opinion, the lowest form of slimebag. My ex-BIL is a prime example. After the divorce, his uncle paid him off the books, he claimed poverty while partying his ass off. All the while, he proclaimed his love for his son and played the victim.

pan6467, your situation is the flipside. Being unable is a lot different than being unwilling.

 

Its a Monday kind of Tuesday that comes after a three day weekend.

The first politician that legalizes the killing of morons will get my vote.

Sure, most politicians will fall under that label, but my hitlist is getting longer with each passing day. Sack up and legalize it.

 

Same as now... arrogant bastards who believe that the rules don't apply to them.

 

If we get rid of the morons, maybe we could find some people to do it properly.

This would finally be my Friday/Saturday, whatever applies to the end of the work week. Only worked 7 days to get this point, but the three day weekend will be oh so nice.
