I thought about not posting the video by a pro-Trump group, but people can judge the appropriateness of this parody video for themselves.

Even as a parody, I think it is pretty nasty, particularly given the frequency of mass shootings in the US, including at churches and synagogues.

Donald Trump, Jr and Sarah Sanders were at the event where the video was shown but both claim not to have seen it. Tim Murtaugh, a spokesman from the Trump 20209 campaign said, “That video was not produced by the campaign, and we do not condone violence.”

The response from the White House Correspondents Association

I think the WHCA response is certainly appropriate and not an overreaction.

That is just the kind of crap that could push Trump's ardent supporters who are already mentally unbalanced (as in much more so than normal unbalanced Trump supporters) right over the edge.

From the same conference of Trump supporters....

Listen to Conference-Goers at Trump Resort Chant for “War!”
Speakers at a pro-Trump conference urged attendees to “go to war” for the president and laughed about beating up classmates. It’s the same conference where a video of a fake Trump shooting members of the media played.

This is what worries me more than anything else. Trump supporters acting out violently if he is impeached or if he loses in 2020 and Trump doing absolutely nothing to discourage any violence.

Or maybe it is tax fraud ...

Never-Before-Seen Trump Tax Documents Show Major Inconsistencies
The president’s businesses made themselves appear more profitable to lenders and less profitable to tax officials. One expert calls the differing numbers “versions of fraud.”

    No doubt.

A thought: Trump is narcissistic and egotistical. If he is worth "billions, and billions" he would want everyone to know and would gladly prove it.

So he is either withholding his tax records to hide his "billions" from the tax authorities, or those "billions" are imaginary.

Another thought: There's at least one interview in which Trump defends his bancruptcy filings as just a normal business tool. So it's OK to take out loans, accept venture capital (in whatever form), etc., for risky projects, and then leave others holding the nearly empty bag when things go south?

The entire truth about all of Trump's financial interests will probably never be known.

How can Shyster Trump be an effective President if he can't set separate what he doesn't like (even if he thinks that the impeachment inquiry is usjustified and illegal) from what needs to be done? Such as a coherent and unified (as much as possible) policy towards Turkey and Syria.

Every time I see and/or read an interview with one of the Trump supporters, or apologist, they tend to (attempt to) drag Obama into the discussion. That just makes me think I can not imagine Barrack Obama behaving in the manner of Trump under any circumstances.

Trump has done enough for the Republicans to dump him. They didn't want him in the first place.

Trump still has enough support among his base voters to scare the Republicans in their respective individual races.

Dumping Trump would pretty much guarantee a Democrat in the White House, combined with a Democrat held House. And if the Republicans lose the Senate?

No wonder the Republicans are shaken.

    Well, they deserve it.
They’ve played this poorly the whole way.

From letting T get the nomination
To catering on the Russian interference
To catering and being complicit in Ts actions

It’s not their policy or philosophy that’s at issue
It’s their own application to the lowest common denominator
    You play dirty...you’ll get dirty

    Try becoming honorable again
The greater population may respect you again

However, right now...their own eggs are hatching
They still should do the right thing

Trump doing this under political calm, with successful and popular programs and high approval ratings, would be really stupid.

Trump doing so given his current problems takes stupid to a whole new level.

    Is Trump really that stupid/clueless?
Or that narcissistic (believes he isn't doing anything wrong)?

    Does he enjoy starting controversies?
Or is this another intentional diversion?

    He’s known for doubling down

    Baffle them with bullshit
    Astound them with audacity
    Cow them with the con
    And so on...

    From A to Z

And it seems to be working so far
It will take some stout souls to make a stand
    And take him down

But he’ll keep pressing until stopped
    It’s his nature
    Just like any flashy mobster

Someone apparently convinced Trump that his crass attempt to profit off of a G7 summit (even at "cost") would be a gross violation of the law and the Constitution's "emoluments clause" ( Article I, Section 9, Clause 8).

Trump announced earlier tonight that Trump National Doral wont host the G7 Summit...and course, blamed Democrats and the media in a Twitter frenzy.

Could have he mentioned the name of the facility just a few more times?

Not to mention listing the amenities and conveniences.

Y’gotta admit, that’s master trolling right there.
    No more fucks to give

Sure, it’s from Kimmel, but still...

Now why the hell couldn’t she show this wry sense of humor during the campaigns??

Mr T certainly didn’t play it safe.

The one thing is politics is rewritten
    Show your blue side folks
It will still have more class than him.
