Pork roast in the slow cooker. Swedish style, seasoned with black pepper, caraway, and dill. As an afterthought I dumped in a bag of those little tiny carrots. I'll make a lingonberry sauce if I can find some, otherwise cranberries.

I just ate this eggplant canneloni made with baked eggplant roulades stuffed with ricotta and mozzarella with a side of penne and salad, and that's a glass of buttermilk in the northwest corner:

    Nick, looking delish.
Just polished off some thin spaghetti with marinara sauce (Bove's, not home made but s close as you can get) and fresh sausage to keep it interesting.

Morning Star fake chicken patties (man, I forgot how good they are) made in the cast iron skillet to crisp up, on a kaiser roll with wavy kosher dill slices, mayo, mustard and ketchup. It was delicious. S had a chopped brisket sandwich with sweet red barbeque sauce and mac and cheese from the barbeque place down the street. And a Great Divide Hercules IPA... I'm celebrating the holiday season with a cup of Silk Nog.

Mac and Cheese with a Panko crusted topping, bratwurst, corn muffins, fresh string beans. Drizzled ketchup all over my plate while everyone was getting grossed out. :D Love ketchup!

Unhealthy, but just what I need after getting over a stomach bug: mashed potatoes and stuffing.
