How are you liking Once Upon a Time and Grimm? I had recorded a couple of episodes of Grimm and have watched those now and I guess it's ok. Once upon a time I havnt checked out yet.

I've been watching the second season of Downton Abbey online, (it doesn't hit the US until January) and it is every bit as good as S1, in my opinion. Amazingly engrossing, for such a simple subject.

Once Upon a Time got its hooks into me. I dig it.
I'm so glad Castle is back, too, but Uncharted doesn't watch that one. I like murderers.
We're totally engrossed in SOA and Homeland. We'll never be saved.
Even though the ginger has a weird tiny mouth and I can't watch his "o" face with Claire Danes.

I'm completely into Once Upon a Time and Grimm. However I'm a fairy tail nerd. It's not surprising I would like them so.

I love Once Upon a Time, despite it being labeled a 'chick show.'
I especially like Jinnifer Goodwin and Jennifer Morrison as 2 of the 3 female leads.

I'm still digging Sons of Anarchy--still hands down, the best season yet.
Homeland, Dexter, Boardwalk Empire, The Walking Dead and the so, so creepy American Horror Story.
This is the most TV I've watched in years which is unsurprising I suppose as the industry seems to agree that the best stories are going to television, especially cable TV.

Since nobody has said it yet... Any fantasy football fans? The FX series The League is the glorious, glorious brain child of former Seinfeld writer and executive producer Jeff Schaffer. It is hilarious. So, so hilarious.

There was a really cool show on quantum mechanics on PBS the other night.
I only saw 10 minutes but I have it on the TiVO.

I really like Grimm. I think one of the USA networks (USA, SyFy, Chiller or Cloo) is running a marathon Tuesday to catch people up. I find it fun. It's not soapy like a lot of showw wher if you miss an episode you are completely lost.

I watched the first Once Upon a Time. It was ok, but I can On Demand and catch up if I want to.

Other than that I am still a HOUSE/NCIS fanatic. Both of which from what I have heard end their series at the end of this season.

HOUSE's finale should be very cool. I'd like to see it end with a salute to St Elsewhere's finale. Where Wilson comes home and there is his brother a catatonic developmentally challenged HOUSE staring at a model of the hospital in a snow globe, meanwhile, we see Wilson and Cuddy are married. While Chase is the ne'er do well kid brother and Foreman is the home health aide that watches HOUSE, when Wilson and Cuddy go out on dates. I think to see that played out as the final HOUSE would be cool.

I think NCIS's end will be interesting and should be so as to not let down the audience that has been faithful. I'd like to see all of it and the characters just be a novel series by Troy Gemcity (McGee) and in the final episode he has a stalker/killer and has to use the "real" NCIS as protection. But it is a formula type series and that would be too creative. I see the true ending being Ziva and Tony marrying and moving to Isreal and Ziva going back to Mossad, Gibbs retires/dies saving the team, McGee takes over, Ducky finds love, marries and retires, Abby finds her true parents and brother and leaves to do charity work for PETA, and the director gets a promotion. Both leave open the possibility of a "reunion" especially the first where it's all based on a McGee book series. The "reunion" could be sold as a movie "based on the new novel by Troy Gemcity". or a reunion could be shown where Tony comes back after Ziva disappears, wants a divorce or is killed off, Ducky comes back because he misses it so much, Abby's back because NCIS needed her, McGee is in charge and depending on whether they killed Gibbs off and Mark Harmon's desire to appear, Gibbs comes back and takes over.

Other shows I watch are pretty much USA Network shows, starting to enjoy Psych and the humor, Burn Notice is freaking fanfuckingtastic. USA seems to be able to keep quality shows and writing going and when you think they own House and NCIS it is amazing they don't put better shows on their major network NBC.

I also spend a lot of time watching Chiller and SyFy. There for awhile Planet Green was having Ancient Egypt Tuesdays, which I found intriguing. I tend to also watch a lot of Frazier because I still laugh at the humor.

I've been watching HOW and it's seems a little like a slow, tamed down "Deadwood." I like it, not sure about that "realistic" part.

I watched the first episode and have been meaning to catch up on the rest of it since. I've been meaning to ask my dad if he's seen it--what better show for a Civil War/train buff?

Well my guess is there's a porn out there specifically for civil war train buffs, I see all kinds with "train" in the title. Not sure you'd want to recommend any of them to parent, but then I know nothing of your parent/daughter relationship either.

About a month and a half ago I saw an episode of "The Big Bang Theory" for the first time. Since then I've become hooked, but only seen the syndicated repeats. Not even sure when new episodes are on.

I agree. There's not another show like it.
Role of a lifetime (finally!) for Buscemi, too.
