Stifler's Mom is Lying

I don't know her name yet, but on news clips she reminds me of Stifler's mom. She is now, or at least, soon to be the face of the Herman Cain accusers.

I am not a Herman Cain fan. I don't hate him, I just don't want him as President and this is not a provential thing to protect a fellow Black guy. And mind you, the other two may very well be well founded. But this one seems as scripted a Kasrdasian episode.

She didn't say that it happened at a restaurant. She said that it happened in the front seat of a car after they got to the restaurant.

As for mechanics, he's on the left, she's on the right. He's turned his body towards her. Left hand up the skirt, right hand on the back of her head. Mechanics work for me, especially in a car where she can't back away. If that's your objection, I think it's pretty obviously possible.

Oh, and calling her "Stifler's Mom" doesn't exactly make you look impartial. Just sayin'.

 

It's rare that I agree with the_jazz but this is one of those occasions.

Other than that, I don't really care about this saga much. Everyone vying for the Republican nomination makes Obama look like a certified genius. The only thing I can't figure out is if that's a good thing or not.

As a man yeilding some degee of power in an organization, getting some should be realatively easy. Even if you're a sex greedy bastard and would take advantage of an 'opportunity' would anyone really actually say do me and get a job? Where's the subltey? Where's the out? Wouldn't any intelligent being allude to something like that and not say it outright? Just seems like that wouldn't happen.

Yes, because men in positions of power never abuse that power. EVER.

on top of that, they are always brilliant and make sure it's covered up..which never leads to scandal.

Men sure get in trouble with the gentials much more frequently than women do.

 

Who does that? How long a list do you want? Let's start with Bill Clinton, Jon Edwards, Mark Foley, Dan Crane, Gerry Studds, Ernie Chambers, Gary Condit, Daniel Wu and Anthony Weiner. And those are the ones that occurred to me off the top of my head long enough to type their names or look them up as a reminder.

There's payoffs like this constantly. I have a coworker that works in a different line of business that routinely sleeps with female clients. He's been named in at least 2 divorce actions that I know of. And he still does a ton of business with those clients.

I think Cain was pretty forthcoming with his intentions with Ms. Bialek. Not everyone picks up on subtle messages.

 

OK so I thought that guys that had the power to do so ALLUDE to their intentions, to kinda say it without saying it.
I thought that in a situation like this, even with those guys The Jazz mentioned, that the perp would want to be careful enough that he had at least SOME plausible deniability. I thought that the guy would flirt/hit on the woman and say something to the effect of 'hey, how's that job search going' or 'you got a purty mouf and I do need to fill that lucrative position', how about 'young lady your grades are slipping,, but you do have a really nice ass'
that way he, or in some cases she can claim that the two statements had no real connection.

You guys are telling me that these predators are inartful, unthinking, dumbasses who knowing they are violating someone cast aside any means of self preservation, even if that preservation is a grain of salt sized claim of misunderstanding , in favor of a peice of ass, even when that peice of ass, should it turn could be detrimental to his carreer.

Perhaps I am naive but shouldn't it go this way?

I think it works both ways... however, I think most people with power become so drunk with power that they believe that it won't come back to haunt them. History repeats itself so frequently in this sense that it's almost sad.

The thread is about Herman Cain who's an American Presidential candidate. Berlusconi's at best an exemplary anecdote since he's the Italian Prime Minister. If you want to talk about Berlusconi, why don't you create another thread? It's a good topic but it has nothing to do with the OP.

 

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that Mr Cain wouldn't do this. I know little about the other accusers and should they come to light, I'd weigh what they have to say equally with Cain's response. He could have harrassed the other women, right now in fact I am leaning toward him having done it. I just don't believe this lady. The story seems just so not too have happened that way

Maybe I'm expecting too much from someone who may be a predator to use common sense and try to groom his victim before shoving her head into your crotch. Maybe I'm expecting too much from the victim, who musters enough strength to protest, to protest with a little more than 'hey, I have a boyfriend'

For men in power is it a conditioned response due to women making themselves available so easily? I've known women in business settings that treated successful men like rock stars. If a successful businessman is surrounded by that, does he become conditioned to expect that response?

Or due to this personality trait (overly sexually agreesive), they are able to achieve power and success more easily? I know men who would stop at nothing to get what they want, sex included.

Neither is acceptable, the outcome is the same when an unwilling partner is placed in a compromising situation.

Not sure if either scenario would apply to Cain, only know of him through sound bites.

Just a thought.....
