I have no problem with him taking a vacation after working. I do it all the time. Yes, his wife needed to pay for her own ticket, but compared to the other ethics violations in this administration, this shouldn't have even made the news.

Yea, If the election was held again tomorrow, and only those who voted in 2016 could vote, I think the outcome would be the same in my region.

The pornstar and Playmate thing doesn't matter to the Trump supporter because it should be a perk of being rich and famous. As long as he keeps pissing off the left, dismantling left wing regulations and government agencies, and nominating far right people to appointed positions, they are going to stick with him. And

Dems don't like to admit that the loss was caused at least as much by their choice of candidate as anything that Trump did or didn't do. To anyone not already in her choir Mrs. Clinton is just not an attractive candidate.

I voted for her, but really had to hold my nose.

I'd say she lost on her own lack of merit, if she had.
    She won the popular vote.
She came within razor margins in certain areas and in many of those the "alternative" candidates actually were the spoilers.
In Michigan, Clinton lost by less than a percentage point, a deficit she could have recovered from with half of Stein’s votes.
Again in Wisconsin and Pennsylvania, where Clinton lost by one point, Jill Stein’s votes would have covered her loss.
Had Clinton won all three states, she would have won the election.
Jill Stein has had a very uncomfortable time explaining her dinner with Putin.
Senate Russia investigators are interested in Jill Stein

I don't believe she is in Putin's pocket or anything like that, but I do believe Russia did everything they could to support her after Bernie called to support Hillary.

The Green Party needs to realize that they should be fighting against the Democrats in the primary, not in the general election. They might win in the districts that Bernie won in even if they would be "Green Democrats". The Tea Party didn't make the mistake of trying to form an entirely new political party that would have split the Republican vote, the big money donors and media executives bankrolled candidates who would follow their agenda and primary the moderate and slightly conservative candidates.

I think the real influence that the trolls had was to make people so disgusted that they would choose to not vote for anyone. But, I also blame Clinton for not making any concessions to try and win over the Green Party vote. Hillary should have said that if Jill would drop out of the race, that she would nominate her to be the EPA administrator.

The really stupid thing, other than grossly exaggerating the illegal immigrant "problem," is the troops don't have any policing powers.

And TRump hasn't explained what happened with his plan to make Mexico pay for the wall. From the start I wondered if voters were stupid enough to believe TRump's campaign promise. Maybe yes, maybe no. It's hard to tell because TRump's supporters, and the conservative media, are very forgiving of his broken campaign promises (and other stupidities).

    Fear mongering at its worst.

Sadly the last two presidents have set the example for his behavior.
Bush did it 2006-2008, Obama in 2010-2016.
I believe the time Bush did it was in response to his supporters lashing out at some Congressional bills that he supported that we're deemed as a pathway to amnesty for illegal immigrants.
Obama ran his National Guard program from near the beginning of his presidency all the way up until the election of Trump.
They all do it as a political ploy that they are really cracking down on the border.
If he can't have the wall he's gonna cobble together whatever he can to make it look like he's really doing something for his supporters.
Bush and Obama sent troops to the border, too - CNNPolitics

I live in a state, city, and neighborhood with a large percentage of illegal Latino immigrants. This country has MANY more important issues that need to be addressed.

Trump puts the brakes on new Russian sanctions, reversing Haley’s announcement

    Of course, he did.
Hell, he now realizes his aides "tricked" him into agreeing to kick out those 60 Russian diplomats. (along with England, Germany and France)

Because he NEVER does anything willingly against Russia...only what he's "tricked" into...or someone else does in his Administration's name. (like the Pentagon or Sec of Defense)
Geez...does it get any more obvious...something fishy is going on here? (Rotten fish...that is)
