What band/performer do you find so good that you've purchased/downloaded and listened to all of their albums?

The only band that can say that with 100% accuracy is Oingo Boingo. I recall buying each and every one of them and the formats that I bought them in from cassette to CD. I own all their studio albums and live albums. I do not however count the compilations and greatest hits as part of the collection.

I do also have both Amy Winehouse albums, and when the 3rd album is eventually released I will get that as well.

  2. They Might Be Giants. I even have their children's albums.

The only exceptions are compilations, bootlegs, B-sides, and tributes—that kind of stuff.

I have quite a collection of AC/DC, Iron Maiden, Midnight Oil, Hoodoo Gurus, but not everything they ever released.

I have every song by The Who. Including rares, lives and b-sides.

Same with Floyd..this includes the rare Syd Barrett albums

Dave Matthews Band. I'm pretty sure I have everything, the only thing I may be missing is a few live shows from the very early years.

Had 11 Seals and Crofts albums, 5 George Carlin, a few Marshall Tucker...(and I mean LPs, not cd's), until Hurricane Irene came along and flooded the family room. Now they're just one big cardboard and plastic jumble.

I can say the exact same thing about the KINKS , the Stones prior to Brian Jones' death and Alice Cooper. Most are on CD, a few LP solely because they are out of print.

The thing about the KINKS is they had so many reissues of late, the early years stuff they "reissued" a decade ago with VelVel. All they are doing this time around is adding even more "outtake" songs and different versions. They also had a lot of compilations.

The Stones before the man I consider to be the true heart of the band Brian Jones. After his dismissal/death, I think I have 1 or 2 Stones records but none of the work impresses me.

Alice Cooper's work has gone through so many different phases. From early Coop, to the Bob Ezrin years to the lowly "hair band" 80's, to today's Welcome 2 my Nightmare (with Bob Ezrin returning). Coop in a lot of ways mirrors the KINKS work. Just differing platforms and levels of success.

I lost a lot of my Neil Finn and Zeppelin in a unfortunate computer crash. I had everything that Nirvana released on CD, a ton of AfroCelt Sound System and most of Adele's stuff.

Death Magnetic is chock full of Kirk solos. It was Lars being a retard that ruined St. Anger
