Pointless Announcements

I need some movie suggestions because I feel like crud and I just want to stay in bed all weekend and make up for missing camping with friends.

 

no choice around here. It is 5 miles just to reach Pullman and the nearest store. Not that far, but there has been more than one occasion where I felt like a quick run to the store or elsewhere and said no because of it; especially in the winter months considering the main road to Pullman is not always the best plowed.
I have even heard crazy rumours that some pizza places actually deliver. That might happen out here "some day" - I suspect Pullman might eventually reach out here and engulf this town in the coming decades.

 

Some of the trade offs/good points are this place is completely quiet most of the time, traffic is nonexistent most of the time (unless they are diverting traffic from State Route 195 through here because of an accident, etc), and you can hear sheep in the background or see horses in the street any given day. This is the first place I have lived that only has two paved roads and the chances of seeing horse droppings (especially in the warmer months) on the side of the road are more than good.

 

Stop talking about me like I'm not right here.

 

I wish my dog could tell me what he's dreaming about.

 

I think I am going to be a Star Trek character for Halloween, but with style.

can't even sleep in on my days off............

 

I have no idea why, but I've felt a deep sense of contentment this past week.

 

I lock the dachshund in a kennel big enough for a 100 lb rotti all night while I am at work and he thinks I want his cold snout in my face as soon as I get home.

 

it was declared last night that i am a "pretty pro dancer". in unrelated news the evil bitch who dumped me last friday seems to be second guessing her decision, normally i would give her a second chance but seeing as how this was the second chance...

 

at 2pm, my review at work. boo.

after that, Oktoberfest, baby! woo hoo!

 

A work site to setup benefits for next year needed Internet Exploder to work 100%. It took me a solid five minutes+ and numerous searches in the windows taskbar just to find the damn thing. All of that effort just to find that? That is comparable to driving 8 hours to a car show and finding they have nothing but rusty Pintos there.

 

Surrounded by hundreds of high school kids checking out my university. I actually fear the future.

 

i love the once a week moment when Max starts to look sleepy and i can snatch him up an cuddle the baby kiity while he dozes off and pats my face with his enormous paws... after i wash them, of course. he's all warm and snugglyand his engine is running while i rub his belly. i've got about three more minutes before he takes off again.
