Pointless Announcements

I am posting this image in pointless announcements because it is something I created 8.5 years likely using an "acquired" copy of Photoshop 6. This was from my active Fark days, and I am 99% certain created without even touching the layer menu. I even found the original Fark user posted image that I was copying that was the kind of result I would make now.

 

I called to wish my sister in law a happy birthday. She's maybe 2 months pregnant, but she told me my brother is already planning on the next baby.

 

I'm a Canadian in the US on Canadian Thanksgiving. We used to do 2 Thanksgivings every year driving from CT to ONT every October to be with the entire extended family we left behind. I do sort of miss it but this period has now turned into a massive eat-a-thon. It begins for Americans with Halloween does not stop until the last (candy) heart is consumed in mid-February. I actually quite detest all the extra focus on food for a third of the year.

 

Sooooo happy she is working a double tonight...get the bed all to myself...looking forward to a good nights sleep. (she's a bed hog)

 

Must. Mow lawn. Tomorrow.

 

I have a small piece of weeds/grass you can tackle while you have the lawnmower out. Should be quick aside from actually bringing the lawnmower out here. I keep the green weeds out in the yard as they look almost as good as grass.
The land we live on was a horse pasture for several years before being used for trailers and actual grass seems especially adverse to growing here. Having three rotties over the years helped out in an even better fashion of making it barren.

 

Speed_Gibson : I'm on it! But only if I get to play with the dogs.

In other news, I probably just made a very stupid bet. If you see me wearing a Michigan jersey in November, know that I'm dying a little inside.

 

The bad news is, I didn't get to warp any kid's minds at the party, good news is, we had a downpour that lasted about two hours.

i'll be giving my uncle a tour of the Academy tomorrow with his fiancee/employee and her kids.

 

I think I'm staying up tonight. I haven't been able to fall asleep before 6 am all week. Hopefully, this will reset my schedule...tomorrow's probably gonna suck, though.

 

If I wear a Ohio buckeye shirt, I would get some evil looks or someone might punch me.

I have a stalker. Ok, I don't really know if he's a stalker or if he just happens to be in the same place at the same time as me a lot.

 

sigh...the three year old gets home after dropping off sister at school and must immediately strip down and change into something else.
