The Complaining and Bitching Thread

I went off on a guy in the break room today over the same thing. "Do you really believe this shit" & "Are you that f"ing stupid" came out of my my mouth. He was probably a 2nd or 3rd level manager and I know better. I generally just keep my mouth shut; but he caught me at a bad time.


In other news, I got my truck back and the body shop wanted to make sure I was happy and would give them a good review. ...

It took nearly 8 weeks, you dicked me around over and over again about when it would be done, while I'm paying out of pocket for a rental car that is seriously inadequate for winter, mountain driving (to the tune of $1400). I'm seriously unhappy about most everything, I'm just not entirely sure whom I am pissed at for each individual issue. The best I can offer is that I will ignore and delete any request for comments. Nothing good will come from a caustic review.

 

Also, I couldn't stay totally silent.

today just sucks

 

Not happy with my life, and anxious as hell. Family seems to be disintegrating even more quickly. Oldest brother's wife is in dire straights and my 76 year old dad is talking about driving across the country to pick my brother up when his wife dies. I'm not sure my brother will live through the trip. My next older brother is not much better. These guys are only 54 and 53, and they are on the downward spiral already. My youngest brother who is 45 is doing his best to fuck up his life too.

My child just got her license and turned 18 a couple of weeks ago, at least I have that going for me. She's anticipating moving out of the house to go to college. My wife drives her nuts, so I don't anticipate her going local, or returning much, except for some holiday visits. Lately, I don't blame her. I'm hoping when the latest round of chemo is over, the wife will calm down again.

I still have no idea why the wife would route her outgoing texts through the internet, when we have a limited data plan and unlimited texts. It's not as if the incoming texts wouldn't indicate who she's talking too. I think she's about to be let go from her job. I think she gets argumentative with her bosses and they don't seem to like that. Accolades from her patients and she had to leave her job last year because her boss said leave or get fired. New job, a year later, and I'm anticipating the same. She's being gigged for taking her prescription meds where other people can see her. Odd for a hospital, I think. Some of her coworkers are spreading rumors about her giving bjs in the parking deck. She told me this 2 months after the rumors started. Problem is she has a bad habit of meeting her work friends outside for chats. I've told her that was a bad idea before, but why listen to reason? Getting very tired.

At least my jobs sucks.

This day sucked so much, that it actually gives me a smidgen of hope, because tomorrow can't possibly suck this much. So things are looking up. That's nice
