    I have had my grandson now for two months, as it appears I may have to take Guardianship to keep him from foster care. I am hurt by my Sons behavior and his ex-wife. So disappointed. My life with Sandy has been completely turned from our plans and it is wearing on the both of us. Countless hours of counseling them both and I am certain over the 3 years it has cost me 9 or 10 thousand dollars all to come to the end of me still raising my grandson. If I have too I will and do it with a kind and loving heart, but that doesn't mean I want to.

    Someone crashed into my new car. :mad::eek::confused: :(
    Tore off the rear bumper.

    No one hurt, I'm fine.
    But I've only had the thing for six months. Brand fuckin' new.
    And the driver didn't even own his car...borrowed it from a friend...who doesn't own it...his mother does. :rolleyes:

    Thank god, I've got decent insurance...they took care of everything, so I don't have to wait to get their act together. (IF they have an act...)
    Insurance got it towed immediately to a shop...reserved a rental for me in the meantime. (which is paid for)

    But the friggin' driver refused to drive me to my house...so I had to hoof it. (too short to be worth it for waiting for a ride, too long to be comfortable...brrr)
    Insult to injury...especially after working my ass off all day, all week.

    See this is why we can't have nice things...damn magnet for bad luck. (I did tell you someone deflated my front tire one day??? Happened while I was at work)

    Yeah, yeah, yeah...no one hurt, etc and so on...but, but, but...
    Bawwwwwwwwwww....my pretty pure car.
    WTF??!!

    I know the feeling. Someone backed into my previous car in a restaurant parking lot less than three months after it came off the boat into my hands. Damaged the bumper, left paint behind, and they left the scene. It never lined up the same again. Even with a new bumper. :(

    So my doctor was supposed to call in a prescription for beta blockers on Thursday evening, and I went to pick up the prescription today, along with a migraine medication prescription. The Imitrex was there but the beta blockers weren't.

    Meanwhile, my heart feels like it's going to beat out of my chest.

    I'm glad he helped out. Those feelings are horrible.
    My hubs has been in bed since yesterday morning recovering. He's most comfortable resting with his head on my stomach. I love curling up with him, but my upper back has nearly frozen. So much ow.

    Apparently my prescription is now lost in the aether. Some other pharmacy filled it, but no one knows who, and the insurance will only fill it once a month. Yaaaaay.

    I get that a lot of people are frustrated with any politician they consider part of the 'establishment". I'm one of them.

    But I don't get how people buy in to him being the answer.

    I am still thinking that, once people REALLY have to fill out a ballot (even in the primaries) they will have a realization. It'll be like looking over at the pillow next to you and realizing you did leave the bar at 2am with the only girl left, and now it's bright outside and her missing tooth and mustache are just too obvious for you to want a relationship with her....... :p

    But, I probably shouldn't turn this into ANOTHER political thread. :D
