Checked my blog entries to refresh my memory and this one stood out for this list:
Meet The Spartans - I gave it a 1/2 star at the time of the posting and would stick with that still.

I'm stunned no one mentioned 2012 yet. I watched that on DVD because... well because I wanted to see just how bad it really could be. Dear god it was worse. I am still demanding my 3 hours back.

Most of the movies I agree with. However I enjoy Fight Club. I think that's a movie you have to watch at a certain time when you're in a certain place mentally in order to "get it."

I really really did NOT Enjoy The Day After Tomorrow. I am usually pretty open minded to plot lines and this was the most anticlimatic movie I've ever seen, and it was supposed to be the end of the world!!

I've seen some amazingly awful films. As far as so bad I couldn't finish it, I'd go with Funny-Ha-Ha, which honestly just came off as cheap for the sake of being cheap. I can't stand movies that are given critical acclaim for being bare bones when they do a terrible job of it.

When it comes to flicks I've actually finished, that's a tough one. I could say Amusement just because it was so disappointing and disjointed, but it was still a technically well made film. Troll 2 and The Room are horrible, but insanely entertaining, so they're out as well.

Off the top of my head, I'd say Copper Mountain. It was one of the first movies to feature Jim Carrey and is essentially just some terrible filmmakers utilizing a cheap ski resort and helping themselves to footage of C-level musicians performing at said resort. The remake of The Stepfather is up there as well for being downright enraging.

Mel Brook's TO BE OR NOT TO BE. I never watched another Mel Brook's film after trying to watch that. Oh, and The Producers. Geez, my wife loves that one.

i started watching "Women" one day. i felt like shit and i thought something shallow and stupid might cheer me up, but i only got to a point when Meg Ryan with face full of botox says to her 10 year old daughter "You're not fat! You are perfect just the way you are!". there was no way i could've handled the whole film.

I've seen some stinkers in my time, but hands down the worst movie I've ever seen was a VHS tape my mom brought home from the video store called "The Winds of Kitty Hawk", supposedly a period melodramumentary about the Wright Brothers. The entire dialogue consisted of exchanges like this (in the slowest, back-country, hick-yokel drawl imaginable):

Wilbur: Well, I doon't knoow, Orvulle. Maybe if we shave another 1/3 inch orf, we'd get anoother rpmm?
    Orville: Ahh, yup.

I "liked" this film only because of the outstanding visuals. Yes the storyline is cardboard thin and the characters completely forgettable but at least they show a different California city aside from LA being destroyed and they used their visual effects budget for a better result than drek like parts of the Star Wars prequels. Speaking of bad storylines.....

I was at my SO's. Her kids hired a movie.

It involved some people called "Omar" or "Komar" or something. I am trying to blot it from memory. It was meant to be a comedy.

I enjoyed it until the irradiated hair loss scenes.

The 10 Commandments with Charlton Heston. I think I was 10 when I was forced to watch it at the local theater with our Catholic Sunday School group. At least I can say I saw Charleston Heston for the ass he was long before he became President of the NRA.

I'm pretty selective about what I'll pay money to see so don't often see movies that I really hate though 2012 was indeed a fabulous disappointment.

It was "Harold and Kumar Escape From Guantanamo Bay." Sorry about that dear.

    Oh, yeah.

    Thanks, Jonie.

Then again, it was better than "Swedish Wives Go Rampant With Animals 7". Do we have to watch that EVERY night?

Cat Woman - the one with Halle Berry adn Sharen Stone. She tries to purr in it and it's just gross. Her headpiece is ridiculously awful. The CGI was poorly done. Sharon Stone gets to wear a catsuit, too, but you don't get to see her in it enough. Horrible. Beyond even.

I saw pictures of Halle's costume online and ran far far away from the film. I would re-watch Lee Meriwether in the role anytime over the recent portrayal, and the fact that the 1966 is good campy fun helps as well.
