    Some unknown entity helped themselves to my debit card account. " Blizzard on line games " and " Xbox music ". Had to cancel my card and fill out some forms. I will get my money back in a week or up to 2months. Waiting for the pin # and new card. It's so inconvenient.

    At my wife's persistent insistence, we finally bought EZ Tags for the various toll roads in & around Houston. We don't really need them, which is why I held off so long in getting them. They're useful for folks who have to get all around town on a regular basis, their usual Point A to Point B is lot quicker & easier using toll roads, avoiding traffic (rush hour, accidents, construction, etc).

    The downside is a relatively short (for Houston :eek:, that is) drive can cost you a fortune. A teacher who worked at the same school as my wife had about the same drive in mileage, and she insisted that using the toll roads saved her time. Unless there was a serious traffic problem on my wife's route, no, the toll roads didn't save any time or mileage. And it cost her $25.00 a day in toll fees, which is $125.00 for a M-F week.

    I finally got internet hooked up yesterday. It's nice being properly connected again.

    Unpacking and organizing continues. My desk did not survive the sojourn, which I'm not actually surprised by. I'm having a great deal of difficulty picking out a new one.

    Much thanks (again) to @baraka_guru for helping load my crap into the truck.

    Littlegirly scratched my face during a tantrum. After her nap, she noticed the scratch and asked about it. I told her she did it when she was upset. She was horrified and gave me a big kiss.

    It gives me the giggles when people underestimate my car's acceleration... I caused a guy to almost leave his transmission on the pavement (twice) as he tried to pass me from a stoplight a half-mile before an on ramp. *snort* Ford Fiesta drivers.
