Ground beef patties, broiled. Seasoned with garlic & Worcestershire sauce, topped with melted sharp cheddar cheese.

Potato salad. Homemade, very spicy. Didn't have any green bell pepper, used red & yellow instead.

    Italian cut green beans.

I've got a Big Date tonight. I'm looking forward to picking out what's going on my artisan board. The place we're going offers quite the array of pickles, cheeses, and charcuterie.

My BD lunch at one of my sisters was butter beans & cornbread, followed by cake & ice cream.

When we got home I made it clear I was NOT going to cook. So my wife, who was in a shitty mood all day, put the ground beef in the fridge, and we had stuffed baked potatoes.

I can't find a damn thing for dinner. Drove to Whole Foods and checked out the buffet and there was nothing I could eat, for the first time in forever. Drove past all of our usual haunts... No dice. Really not in the mood to go sit and eat alone. I think I'll eat a Larabar and drink some water. I'm grumpy.

We had the worlds best fried chicken KFC with sides and then Edwards key lime pie and a huge glass of ice cold milk. Awesome

Black beans, and Spanish rice (altered to be more like the Mexican Spanish rice that we're used to).

    Cooked entirely by me.
