Some hot twentysomething in short shorts and a spaghetti-strap tank top featuring epic cleavage chased after me and insisted that her dog meet my dog. Of course, I said yes.

Damn, I love summer.

 

Sure that's all she wanted?

I was wearing my nerdy outdoor hat and my D20 "That's how I roll" T-shirt. It's probably all that she wanted.

Well, unless she's sexually attracted to nerds.

 

For some of us, that's like waving a red flag in front of a bull.

 

Especially friendly big ones.

Guys or dogs, I suppose.

 

The thing is it kind of threw me off because this relatively small neighbourhood is much better known for being filled with MILFs.

 

Rich ones too, I'd bet.

 

I wouldn't say "rich." Probably not in this immediate neighbourhood. This is home to maybe the upper-middle class for the most part. But in the broader neighbourhood neighbourhood (where "cheap" small homes go for $750,000), there are many who would probably be considered rich. It's not that uncommon to see a smoking hot thirty- or fortysomething rolling by in an $80,000 car. And this doesn't seem to be the place for trophy wives. For all I know, these women are commuting to and from the financial district downtown, or maybe their practice.

The housing market as it is in the U.S.? Yeah, you could probably buy a similar house in some parts for $100,000 U.S.
