    I adore compression Capri-length pants. My pair from last year are just lycra pants now. I miss the elliptical, but my favorite was the crossramp because I could change the setting to hit different muscle groups. Cue fantastic ass.

    Yeah, there are four leg toning workouts on the ellipticals at my gym. I alternate between all of them, plus I do the recumbent on a high resistance in an effort to build the muscles around my knees back up. I'm not quite ready to run, but I'm getting close.
