Littlegirly and I made sandwiches. Soy bacon, spinach, and swiss on nutty oat bread. They were yummy. Littlegirly was super sweet and excited to make sandwiches. Tiny girly must like it, too, because she is now highly active. Tempted to take a video of my belly with all this movement.

Almost a pound of coho salmon that I'm going to prep with some coconut aminos and Asian spices. Served with stir-fried shrooms, kale, broccoli, garlic, and sweet potato starch noodles.
    And wine.

I love coho so much. It's my second-favorite salmon behind sockeye.

Oh, yeah. Hubs said the noodles tasted like Singapore Street food (a compliment). I used toasted sesame oil, coconut aminos, Organicville Korean bbq and sriracha sauces to make a marinade/sauce. Stir-fried sliced shrooms, matchsticked elephant garlic, green onions, shredded cabbage, sliced kale, 7 big chiffonaded basil leaves, and broccoli. It was the shizzzzz.

I'm not sure. For meat we have thin lean boneless pork chops and thin top sirloin steak that haven't yet been packaged for freezing. I'm leaning (pun intended) towards a stir fry.

Baked it :) from "My Paleo Patisserie". It's a choux pastry piped into baguettes. Tonight I'm going to pipe them into 4 smaller since they totally fell.
I can post the recipe when I have more time, in the Paleo thread. It's from The Urban Poser blogger. AMAZING cookbook. I'm going to try a baked Alaska and a croquembouche soon... All paleo.

Martian is out for the evening so I'm making myself Tuna Casserole. I'm pretty excited. I never get to eat this when he's around. He hates the stuff.

My mom is an excellent cook, and we had home made meals pretty much every night growing up. But every now and then she'd do a Hamburger Helper or Tuna Casserole too, especially on a busy day. I can't remember the last time I had it, but it kind of sounds oddly good...

...as does this. Chili dogs are one of those things that I make a couple times a year as a junk food treat. Grill some hot dogs. Toast the buns a touch. Pour some Chili Man or Wolf's no-bean chili over the top. Sprinkle on some shredded cheese. Top with mustard. Mmmm.

Well, our chili dogs are a little different. I make a keto-friendly veggie chili using zucchini, mushrooms, red peppers, and TVP. We use it to top Lightlife soy Smart Dogs. There is also cheese, sour cream, and avocado involved. I'm stupid full right now.

I'd do the cheese, sour cream, and avocado. I'll respectfully decline the rest. :p
