Cold. Not Canadia cold, but still damn cold for this winter.

My dog is driving me nuts and has already un-stuffed 2 of her toys, but no, we are NOT going on a long walk or to the dog park, because she'll only want to be out for about 5 minutes before her paws get way too cold and she wants to come back inside.

  7. It's climbed all the way to 0*F! Bright sunshine is glaring off the snow and the winds have calmed. Can spring be far off?

I don't normally Photoshop things, but when I do it's usually really nerdy.

    Cold.
Bloody cold. Only maybe an inch of snow on the ground, but 4°F.
And, oh yeah, by the by, it's cold.
No disrespect to anyone living above the arctic circle.

We've got what Oregonians refer to as "t-shirt and shorts" weather. Yeah, it's still in the low 60s, so not exactly hot, but it's warm enough. The main point is we get to shed the rain gear long enough to cavort in the sunshine dressed in our flippy-floppies.

60 degrees ish... Rainy. Perfect for The Best of Miles Davis playlist on Spotify, and working on reports from home. With coffee.

39 F high today, back up to 70 by the weekend. Texas has two seasons, winter and summer. But they usually don't happen in the same week!

It's very wet where I am, but that's because I am working in the Arabian Sea. 30knt winds and 2 m seas. And, surprisingly quite chilly. Around 8 degrees, but it always feels colder at sea.

Another 4-8 inches expected late tonight and tomorrow.

Bao Bao, the 18 month old panda cub at the National Zoo enjoyed the last one.

Not so much fun for us old less furry folks.
