    Combing through Saezuru Tori wa Habatakanai (Songbirds Don't Fly, roughly) looking for this one sexy panel when my husband walks in and asks if I'm ready to start working on this other project.

    Sigh. I guess I'm glad I was able to minimize what I was looking at (not the sexy panel I was looking for, but highly suggestive nonetheless). It isn't like he doesn't know about my BL manga addiction, but I do try to keep it private. :oops:

    One of the first intimate moments as a couple with Jadzia was laying on the bed with her and helping to pick out dick pics for a post she was going to do in TFP.

    Yes, I know that's not how 'normal' couples start out but nobody said we were normal.

    He's not that interested. I've shared a lot about the really good stories from BL manga, and he can identify a couple of characters from ones I really love. He even sat through 10 whole minutes of Junjou Romantica last weekend, and then decided it wasn't his cup of tea as there aren't enough swords or guns and too many stars and sparkles.

    That said, he is willing to listen to me analyze the different manga I read outloud, and is very patient on that score.

    Are all lawyers assholes? Like, is that a requirement for the job? You have to be an asshole, not really helpful, and overcharge for talking to your client? Cause if so, I definitely went into the wrong field.

    Pull out something you wrote a few years ago and do a rewrite.
    Every piece can be updated or worked on, and it gives you a chance to work on something you did when there was inspiration.
    Might help but if it doesn't at least you will have a really polished work.

    Burnt my hand on hot BBQ sauce. My husband used essentially all of the cheese on the pizzas he made for himself and left none for me. I ended up with a scant two tablespoons to work with for 1 8" pizza. While I like to go light on the cheese, that's light on the cheese.
