Pointless Announcements

Too bad my old friend D.A. didn't live to see this -- he would have loved it. He had a centauress fetish.

He had some involvement with The Centaur Pillow Book, which contains (as Wikipedia puts it) "erotic illustrations of fantastic creatures."

 

locked my keys in my trunk tonight at the grocery store. Personal attempts to break in were unsuccessful. Called a guy to come try and pick the lock, also unsuccessful. I figured he was going to give up and tell me "tough shit" before he billed me for his time. Instead, he went back into his car and brought his entire tool box. He then proceeded to disassemble the back seat of my car all the way down to the bolts and the frame. We made it through the the trunk and got the keys, then he put it all back together right there in the parking lot.

Why yes there is. One of my favourite games I have watched and enjoyed numerous times over the years - Puppy Bowl XI.

 

My wife must be seriously ill. She left about a third of her lunch sandwich (she did eat the things she could actually taste--salt & vinegar chips, zesty garlic dill), and put the queso back in the fridge without eating any.

 

Sounds like a plan.

 

I'm not very much into this game. So I went downstairs to work on changing the kitty litter, secure in the knowledge that Seattle had it won. When I finished and came back upstairs, I was disappointed to hear that somehow the other team was victorious.

 

Didn't watch the game but pulled up the halftime show just to see the music.
Katy did a good job but Missy Elliot stole the show.

Next year it should be Missy starring with Katy as a guest.

 

My wife is home sick. She had a rough day yesterday, there's no way she could've handled teaching all day. And I'm convinced they would've sent her home.

 

Just back from the doc. Still kickin.

 

The Sunday paper (and the plastic wrap it was in) got all tangled up inside the snow blower. Still pulling it out, shred by shred.

 

The worst one I ever saw of that was a neighbor who ran over his electric cord for plugging in his truck.

I heard some background noise that was Katy singing but didn't stop my nap or look at the screen. The game looked decent what I saw of it between the much needed sleep in a comfortable recliner.

 

dude, there are seriously like 37 squirrels outside my office window right now.

 

Still pulling shreds of Sunday's newspaper out of the snow blower.
