    With tomatoes, avocado, dried onions and green onions. And cayenne! Yumm

    I also tried on 1/4 this dairy free vegan mozzarella substitute. Grodie. Taking that nasty stuff back. Na-stay.

    Tonight on My Drunk Paleo Kitchen... I found some Brat Hans chicken/spinach/feta sausages which I sliced and browned with leftover leek, onion, and garlic... Tossed in sliced artichoke hearts and black olives with canned fire-roasted Muir Glen tomatoes with roasted garlic, chiffonade of basil, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and oregano. Cooked down with some chicken stock and served over sweet potato vermicelli noodles. With Parish Brewing Company's Dr. Hoptagon black IPA. Works for me!

    got take out tonight... margareta and spinach salad. they threw in an entire bag of chiabatta bread with parmasean and olive oil for dipping because apparently they knew i was a man of distinction.

    We had plans for a huge taco bar for the Super Bowl. The blizzard cancelled the guests, but we still have 5-6lbs of ground beef and several flank steaks we were going to cook up for tacos. We'll probably just cook it, pig out ourselves, have leftovers for a few times this week, and freeze the rest.

    Wh had a very late lunch. Our late dinner is going to be beef roast cooked with onion soup mix, steamed carrots, and maybe a side salad. Desert will be carrot cake with creamy cream cheese icing (neither from scratch, both Duncan Hines).
