Customer Service and Tech Support my ass.

Trying to figure out my new smart phone, first I spoke to a man with a heavy Middle Eastern accent, who transferred me to a young woman in Florida. Her Southern Black accent was so heavy I could barely understand her, I had to ask her to repeat herself many times. To put that in perspective, I'm a native Texan who has dealt with, with very few problems, Southern Black black accents for over 50 years.

I made three calls to three companies (AT&T, MicroSoft, & HTC), spoke with four CSRs, and had a hard time understanding any of them. The last fellow didn't have too heavy of an accent, but his English wasn't very good.

If ANY person here has ever thought of me as egotistical, arrogant, megalomaniac, narcissistic, or self-involved,
they should take much pleasure in knowing that life often humbles me, with great relish and grand originality.

Of course, I am writing this on a board about myself...so there's that.
But the world is already planning some good karma for it, just to make sure.

I feel like I'm living an IT version of Episodes, except I play the Brits.
(yes, I'm doing a marathon catch-up of it now...why do you ask?)

How strange. I never noticed that the TFP is about you.
    :D

Although over the years the TFP has had a few "Gods" and "Goddesses."

I hope that you're feeling better.

From what I've read, you don't the ego/sense of self-importance to qualify as a "goddess."

Huh. Compared to some of the "Gods" and "Goddesses" who used to "rule" on the TFP, you're barely a Duchess.

IRL it might be a completely different story  . :p

Take care of yourself snowy that kind of chronic pain can lead to a whole bunch of other issues.

I've got drugs and will be following up with the doctor in a few days if it's not better.

Tagging someone's name in a comment on a Facebook post is not a comment in and of itself. It's the social media equivalent of scent marking.

Chiropractic care. Please do not let regular doctors talk you out of at least consulting a chiropractor.

    -------------------------------------------
One of the vertabrae in my neck decided to shift during sexual intercourse. There was a mild 'popping' sensation followed by an immediate intense headache....yet somehow I managed to finish to our mutual satisfaction.

My female chiropractor and her female office manager smiled when I answered the question, "What were doing when you first noticed the pain?". I had to explain exactly what position we were in, exactly what I was doing (at least it didn't happen during cunnilingus!). They apologized, and I said, "That's OK, I'd smile too if I heard this explanation."

    Based on?

I've heard horror stories from people. Chiros are like any health care pro, there are good ones and bad ones. My wife & I have greatly benefitted from Chiro care.
