    Yesterday we had a family thing. I kept asking my husband if we needed to take a vegetarian dish. His mother hadn't mentioned it. Well, I made a batch of risotto anyway, because we had wild mushrooms to use up. It was good that we did, as the only things for him to eat were roasted veggies, garlic bread, and salad. That is not a meal for someone like my husband.

    On a dog-related note: even if it's raining, dog poop still needs to be picked up. Yes, the rain will wash it away eventually. But it takes days. The lawn between the back door of my apartment and the parking lot has become a minefield because people are too damn lazy.

    My head hurts...a lot. I called my doctor to see what sort of painkiller would be ok to take since I'm on a new med.... I rarely take painkillers. That's how bad this is.

    I had a headache all last week, but luckily not on the weekend. I had a headache yesterday, but was fine all day today until about 4pm....
    Then I put 2 and 2 together.
    My loud and obnoxious co-worker came back from vacation last week. Then it was the weekend. Then it was Monday. Today she was at a training all day and got back at 4.
    She annoys the FUCK out of me

    Why string a potential employer along for 2 months, having numerous phone interviews and flying him out twice for in-person interviews only to low-ball his offer so extremely that he's insulted? Seriously bad day.

    Maybe he is like me and when he gets sick it is way worse than everyone else and we might die from a minor cold. Geez, have a heart and get the poor boy some soup. And some juice. And Puffs Plus with lotion. And a bell, so he can ring it when he needs anything else.
