  1. Oh, @snowy... friends don't let friends "Romo!"
Whyisit you've never joined the TFP fantasy league?

I don't do fantasy. I don't like having divided loyalties. I tried last year in my husband's league and got bored after a few weeks.

Watching the Packers this morning. My husband's man crush on Aaron Rodgers is adorable.

My hunting lease is over two hours away. It is worth the travel because it is a cheap fee, and the owner (a very good friend of mine) has a nice cabin on the property that we all stay at when we go there for the weekend to hunt. The downside is the distance, so it isn't really conducive to anything less than an entire weekend trip, which usually only works 2-3x a year for me.

Today another good friend, whose family has good hunting property 30 mins from my house, offered to let me hunt there with him. Awesome.

    Happy Thanksgiving, my fellow Canadians.

I worked 14.25 hours today, but I still managed to squeeze in a turkey dinner.

So I guess I made a lot of money and had a bountiful feast!

    Many thanks.

My lever action .30-.30 (Glenfield by Marlin, don't laugh, disposable income was a foreign term), my first deer rifle, probably hasn't had 30 rounds through it. My dads Remington .30-.06 semi-auto (a major purchase for him back then), now mine, probably hasn't had 40 rounds through it.

Managed to get out of work early today. Score! I suppose I should go outside and enjoy the last of the sun before the rain hits tomorrow, but I've got a case of the Mondays.

I'm suddenly very busy again, but it seems more manageable than last time. I just told a recurring client that he'll have to wait a few weeks before I can even look at his 100,000+ word project. At least he seems willing to wait.

It appears that I'll be hanging with Eddie Vedder again this Friday. Two weeks ago was General Admission about 5 back from the stage. This Friday is 4th row on the floor, just behind a small GA area.

I guess everyone in General Admission could be from Georgia. But probably not. ;)

I think they like to keep the Georgians away from the Texans.

The powdered "cheese" in box macaroni & cheese is actually edible when you add some mushrooms, garlic, hot sauce, salt and pepper, and spices while preparing it. Threw in some shredded parmesan which helped as well.
edit: that hot sauce makes it much better. I should have added that ages ago, and I need to use something stronger next time.

They get into arguments who has the better southern accent.
...I was going to try a snide comment about American Football teams as well, but I am not sure if Georgia even has an NFL team and not going to look it up just for this.

Much different accents, Georgia wins. Some folks from Georgia might think that Texans have the heavier accent. The NFL team in Georgia is the Atlanta Falcons.

What's your 20, speed? Hopefully not Kanuhduh :p.
