Pointless Announcements

The demographics of my neighborhood are pretty interesting. The median age is skewed by the fact that there is a large retirement community a block away, abutting what is largely housing for university students. The median age is 56.5, 67% of residents are married, and 14% of residents have at least one child. The median income is about $49,643 and about 23% of adults here have a bachelor's degree or higher. Looking at other addresses around town, median age, income, and education level fluctuate greatly depending on whether the neighborhood is college housing or not.

 

I'm paralyzed by indecision.

Do I get up and go to the hops workshop, go see my friend, and then hit up the pub? Or do I stay home, write that story that's in my head, and then hit up the pub?

 

My address... not too many people with degrees around here. We were under the impression that this was primarily a blue collar town. Maybe that really is the case.

Writing comedy feels really different.

 

I have no idea how many people I talked to last night. It was a lot. Made some cool connections in the local brew industry, hung out with some old friends, and I made plans to go kayaking next week.

 

Every clinic website I visit has some kind of typo or consistency issue.

 

Needed a day of just football to recover from the last few days. Our friends just left and man, it was great to see them.

 

Need to get going.

 

My energy is much better today. I think I'm getting over Monday.
