I'm a lazy cook and my plans for dinner this evening (it's morning now) are to put a bag of creamed potatoes from freezer in a pan and place a salmon fillet on top, spice it a little. About an hour in the oven et voilà.

Love that stuff. Did you make up your own recipe, or go by an authentic one?

Please tell me you made steamed rice to go with the curry.

Well, yeah. I have a very nice Zojirushi rice maker. And no, we don't make it from scratch. We use roux cubes.

I'm still full from last night's dinner: enchilada with mole sauce and a chimichanga. The enchilada was enough, so the chimichanga is sitting in my fridge, waiting for me to eat it at some point.

I'm making Creamy Celery Casserole right now. I hope it's tasty. Needed something to use up our leftover celery before it goes bad.

    That green curry sounds great.
I had a bone-in ribsteak tonight, a little overcooked to medium, with a lettuce salad with those little grape size tomatoes, and a stirfry of whatever I could find to use up before I hit the road in a couple of days. Mostly brussels sprouts, spinach, and leftover cauliflower. Blackberries and cream.

I'm torn. I want sushi, but I want to go to my regular Wed night (I'm usually overnight in the same place every Wed and have my little regular routine) steak place too.
