Keeping things fresh...

Perhaps it's still the little girl in me, but I am someone who likes the idea that you fall in love and grow gracefully old with someone. Don't stop working at it, and enjoy each other for who you both are and what you can bring to the table. To this end, I love to surprise my husband with something that he is least expecting. This has ranged from a personal lap dance (after a considerable amount of practice on my own!!) to suggesting a drink on a Saturday night wearing a long coat with nothing underneath ready to surprise him at some point during the evening! I wondered if anyone else had any stories which either worked or didn't that might entertain, or even better inspire the tfp audience to try something different tonight?

Very hot experience:
This is way back when, I was still in school and had been dating a woman for several years.
We lived about 20 minutes apart.
I played hockey with a team in the ice rink about 2 minutes from her apartment.
I would often stop by for a light dinner before a game.
One night we finished dinner, I started getting my stuff ready to leave for hockey.
She out of the blue pushed me up against the back of the apartment door, dropped my trousers and gave me a spectacular BJ. Then she helped me tidy up, opened the door and wished me luck at the game.
I was only a couple of minutes late for warm-ups, and my knees were shaking like jelly for a few minutes when I got on the ice but it was one hell of a game, and a very memorable evening!

 

The things I did were a mix
Poems, a pirate romance bodice ripper, some Penthouse letters (those might work with your husband), and some role play narratives.

 

I'll go with the same recommendation I have since I was in college. Find a local golf course where you can park in an inconspicuous spot and identify an area on the green or fairway where you can't be seen from the road. In the summer, walk by a few times so you can be sure when the sprinklers go on.

On a clear, hot night, put on bathing suits and throw on some gym shorts and T shirts over them. Park at your inconspicuous spot, walk to the golf course, and when you're sure you won't be seen, sprint over to the green or fairway spot. Dance around the sprinklers like teenagers and roll around in the grass with each other. Encourage your husband to go for par on the 19th and 20th holes, and the 21st if you're feeling particularly adventurous.
