It reminds me of trying to get the service department at an automotive dealership to make notes in the service order when the problem isn't a convenient "clickable" code/selection.

If I hear "I'll be sure to tell such-n-such about that when I get a chance" one more time I'm going to strangle someone.

Fourteen fucking hours.

 

1. In an attempt to address my TiVo being unresponsive, I tried rebooting it about an hour ago. It won't load past the "Welcome! Powering up..." portion of the startup sequence. I haven't started troubleshooting in earnest—and I will, eventually—as I'm taking the time to feel irritated about it first.
2. I have TiVo to begin with.
3. I bit the hell out of my inner cheek with my molars while eating earlier. It really hurts.
4. I also managed to slice the tip of my thumb with a very sharp knife while preparing dinner. That hurts, too.

 

I agree. I was merely starting that it does happen.

 

My mantra for the moment....
