How can this be... third night in row my daughter has called for me around 3-4 AM from her room, so I've had to wake up, walk to her room and then I've slept beside her in her bed uncomfortably until morning.

 

We were somewhere around Barstow on the edge of the desert when the drugs began to take hold.

I received call for an interview with a legitimate law firm this morning. I was so excited! 30 minutes later. I received another call saying they wanted someone who was still in school. And from a lower ranked law school. Job interview canceled. Fail. Woe is me.

 

I have a headache, and still have 45 minutes until I can leave work.
