Hey now. There are definitely easier disciplines. I don't know about you, but I was typically required to read 1-2 novels a week, plus write a minimum of 2 papers a week during my last two years of the major. Even the lower level classes usually consisted of at least an essay a week plus 50-60 pages of reading at the minimum. Working on post-bacc credits in human development was far easier. Like, light years easier, to the point I thought people were crazy when they complained about the workload.

I have netflix on my ubuntu install, woo hoo!
I shall likely stick with the Win7 side for photoshop though, not interested in playing with Wine when I can run the more useful (to me at least) program natively.

So what if I was reading Middle English, Elizabethan English, and avant-garde poetry in the same year I was studying the history of the English language?

It's not that there was any science or math or some shit. :D

On that note, I'm seriously considering going back to school.
It always drove Jadzia crazy that I could edit articles writen by teachers with masters degrees and I pretty much bailed my first semester of college.
Maybe it's time, I'm in that position of how the hell do I justify it because nothing I take is really going to help pay the bills at my age but there's this blank spot that needs filling.
All my years of self education isn't cutting it.

Watched a bit of Robin William's Weapon of Self Destruction (as in the tab was open when I opened Opera) and heard this line again:
    German Comedy -
    "Knock, Knock
    WE ASK THE QUESTIONS"

I thought that was well known on TFP, Borla. Clearly, you're catnip to her. She covers up her true feelings with displays if blood curdling violence.

You know, like most girls do...

Nothing says "You're the best" like burying scissors in their neck.

One of the coolest TFPers EVAR is staying with me for a couple of days this summer! I am dancing-around-singing excited. <sigh>

And you are clearly a woman of incredible (and nearly lethal) passion my dear.

I use humor to cover the fact that I can never be worthy of one such as you...

....and I hit the freakin' ceiling every time I see a pair of scissors.

    Ain't love grand?

It would be great fun to meet up on the west coast next year. Would love to spend some time with you and a number of other TFPers.

Here in Chicago or at Maple Lake as I've said so often y'all probably want to thump me, you are always welcome as my guest. :)

    Got this email tonight -
"Exciting women's clothes picks for you "

Never knew I needed to buy those items, somebody must have forgotten to tell me something.

Uh... I mean @Borla. That was my inner GeneticSquirrel (ZombieShift?) taking over in my dissertation fog.
Hope it was a good day!

using "PHP require...." brings everything to a crashing halt when it has a problem, and "PHP include..." just lists the error and keeps on going. Should have realised that a long time ago, or rather might have if I tried anything recently with the interface part of my website rather than use it as just an email provider I full control of.

After waaay too long I have an actual functioning website again. Not the prettiest girl at the ball by any means but the menu actually works the way it should. At least every page on there is a PHP file rather than an HTML file. Unlike my other site which needs some attention of its own.

This will not be a productive work day.

Morning hangout at Congressional to follow Tiger around the course.

Lunch in front of TV for US-Germany.
