    Yeah, I bought it a while back when it was 90% off. I don't believe I spent more than $2.00 on it.

    It's a really fun game. The difficulty on it is great. We should get a group together and go at it.

    Well, now that I'm back in the Windows saddle again, I, for one, am hoping for discounted DLC on Rocksmith. Also, if Rocksmith 2014 is anywhere near 40% or 50% off, I'm buying the shit out of it.

    I resisted quite valiantly...until Rage came up. I've been wanting to play that game since it came out a few years ago. I was going to buy it for fairly cheap on PS3, but I have too many games on the go on that console. But for $7.50 including the DLC? It should run fine on my PC.

    I was mildly interested at best even in finally trying Borderlands 1 & 2... then I saw the Sonic Hits Collection. I still have a working Genesis with the original 6 button controller and maxed out save files on the Sonic 3 & Knuckles cartridges.

    Valve really knows how to hit below the belt.

    At the tail end of the Steam Summer Sale, I bought Banished on a whim for $10. When I saw that the download size was only around 275 MB, I was worried I wasted my money.

    But it was totally worth it. Wow, what a beautiful game!

    D'oh. I kept looking at that one and thinking that it seemed really neat, but I kept telling myself I had enough to keep me busy. Which is true, strictly speaking. Oh, well. I'm sure it will come up for sale again at some point.

    It's a simple game in terms of the mechanics, but it's damned unforgiving in practice. I've restarted my little town a few times because I'd run into situations where it's "Oh my god, they're going to die...! They're all going to die and there is nothing I can do to stop it!"

    Also, there is a bit of a learning curve. I won't get into details, but if you don't plan the town right, they'll stop having children. Which sucks when you want to ensure the town keeps going for more than one generation. Towns need workers!

    Sort of a disappointing sale but I'm glad for that, I have far to many games I bought on the last two I haven't played. I still got Payday 2 and Planetary Annihilation.
