    Eggplant parmesan & garlic bread. Using the spaghetti meat sauce that I cooked this afternoon.

    I bought too many eggplants. Tomorrow I might tackle a new reciped, cheese stuffed eggplant.

    EDIT--I actually just turned off the sauce. It'll sit until about 10 tonight, then we'll break it down into containers. We'll probably have some Wed night. By then the seasonings should've really came to life.

    Last night was chef's salad, lots of good stuff.

    Tonight will be vension sausage cajun seasoned, baked potato, & veggie to be determined.

    W're going to be choosing some new recipes to try over the summer.
