Your "type"

I LOVE petite, fit women. My dream-type is short (well, 5'2" to 5'5" - normal range for most women I guess), dark hair preferably with bangs, and forest or emerald green eyes (but blue or brown will suffice, it's not a biggie). Good example (and not just because she's on Torchwood, but it certainly doesn't hurt...):




I like petite women with the bubble-butt and small breasts. I'm not a big-boob type of guy. I'm not into titty-fucking so they just sort of get in the way. The perky bubble-butt is all-important.



Secondly, I love Asian women, but generally only with prominent cheeks/chins/jawlines, I don't find the narrow-jawed, weak-chinned "V-Line" look to be attractive. This is basically what I like in women of the Asian persuasion:

And finally, there is my One True Pairing celeb-crush of the celebrity world - we all have one, and I am, for some strange reason, inexorably drawn to the raunchy, dikey, mouthy Latina panache of Michelle Rodriguez. This picture pretty much says it all, and there are literally no limits to what I would do with this women if she asked me.

From your list: I find Scarlet J incredibly hot.
I do not find Kim K hot at all. She is a media attention whore and her persona is such a turn off that all the curves in all the right places are wasted.

 

To be fair, I did note that the physical types were just about physicality, sexual appeal: I have a whole different list for actual relationship types....

But I can't separate what I know about them, from their physicality.
Are you saying you could bang Kim K and forget about who she is, and have it be just as hot as having Scarlet Jo?

Considering that even if I weren't married, I'm not likely to be facing such a conundrum...I'll say, sure, I could indeed fuck Kim K regardless of who she is. It'd be different than doing ScarJo: Kim K could be a one-off on a night partying; but ScarJo's relationship material.

 

A bit back to another idea in my OP. Do we have a "type" and then pick those who fit it, or is our type also the ones we fit?

I'm going to guess its a little of both. I've always liked thin, be it thin and muscular or just thin. I never had much of a height "requirement" though. Whatever makes me attractive to shorter women (I'm 6') doesn't seem to work on women over 5'8". Whats funny though is its not a height thing, as I am generally taller then the men I see with those women. Attraction is an odd thing and I have no idea what makes me attractive or unattractive to women, but some are definitely turned on and others turned off.

 

Holy SHIT! She is SO hot, I totally forgot about "Nancy from The Craft" and "Stacey from American History X!" Everything just works with this girl, from her nose to her jawline, to her pale slender body. Holy shit.

I have a preferred "type" for initial attraction, but it's a bit wide-ranging. However, I have had relationships with people outside that type with some success.

Physically, I love the rugger type. Heaviery musculature, with the appearance of power. I also like beards and tattoos, though they are somewhat difficult to find on a rugby boy. Mentally, I like analytical and thoughtful guys. I tend to date introverts, shy people who tend to open up once you know them for a while.

 

That, my dear, is because you are so far above the "average" woman. You've crossed over to the next level of hotness.

I think I speak for all of the men on this site when I say that you are our type for sure.

My husband is the only sex partner I've had.

And, it was totally his brain that made him my first. And my only.
Now, of course, it's grown to include physicality, but it was his brain that made me attracted to him.
And his lips and eyelashes. The rest was okay at the time.

Ha, not many. I don't get much of my physical type when I end up dating someone long-term.

 

I agree with the concept of physical attaction verses relationship attraction.

For me, physical attraction would be women:

About my height, give or take, say 5'7" to 5'10".
Olive complexion with dark hair & dark eyes (think Italian, Greek, Spanish, Latina, Middle Eastern, etc).
Medium figure (not too slender, not too volumptious).
Fit (not so athletic as to be intimidating).

Relationship attraction:

Intelligence (not a know-it-all).
Sense of humor (not at the expense of others, except when deserved).
Education (not a snobby attitude, and not that important if other factors are present).
Conversation (not the "I wish that she would STFU" kind).
Openminded (doesn't have to be accepting of everything, just don't automatically reject differing views).
Appearance (good sense of how to dress, not a fashion follower "just because everyone else....".
Body (not that important as long as she hasn't totally let herself go, or looks anorexic).
Appetite (not coy--everyone has to eat, willingness to try different foods).

EDIT: My wife meets/met only a couple of the physical attractions, and meets/met nearly all of the relationship attractions (it would be all except for the leg warmers she used to wear, yuck).
