Slave Training, and Giving up Control.

For me, and where I am in life...I am giving up myself to my master. I do not believe we will do this 24/7 at the moment, and it would not fit into our lifestyle, and we both are very new and would not even know what to do honestly 24/7.
I cannot wait until we are together and I am collared, and I am more into being a sex slave not a domestic slave. I look forward to having outfits put on the bed and told what to wear, and present myself to my master. I want to listen to his commands, and tell me what he planned that day , and I have surprises all day based on his desires,
When someone on here began being a slave, how long did it take you to fully give yourself, or the lifestyle? Has this been something over time, for you?
I have thought about it for 20 years, but only just met someone I would ever give myself to , and when you finally meet that person it's automatic and very natural.
I do not know if people want to be a slave to anyone, and it's a need they have, and need this in their life, or if like me...I wanted to be a slave, and dreamed of finding that man that I could give up everything to, and it took forever to find it. What does being a slave mean to some vs. the other?
