How to get over a tough break up

Trust me on this, paranoia is not your friend. If you keep 'intercepting' messages to your woman, it means you are looking for them, probably where you don't need to be looking. Trust her, or don't, but quit spying. I've had some very bad experiences with this (fairly recently).

If you feel that she is lying to you, she probably is. Even if not, you don't trust her. This is a bad situation, only made worse by spying. You will see many false positives when you are looking for something to happen.

Your best bet, for both of you, is to make a clean break and deal with the aftermath. Don't jump into a new relationship right away either. You need to break the cycle of distrust, or the next woman will start looking the same to you. This is where the saying "They are all the same" comes from, I'm sure.

It's completely over. I blocked her number, removed her from social media, and I'm trying to think of all the bad things of our relationship and not how much I miss her.

 

I stand by the advice I learned from "Say Anything". Find another girl that looks exactly like her, nail her and dump her.

Or, you know, just get over her like you are already and move on with your life less one cheating bitch.

 

It was for the best.

Now just start trying to move away from thinking about your relationship with her at all. It'll take time.
