Yesterday I was listening to Joe Cocker Live. I'm guessing that the recordings were cherry picked and heavily doctored.

EDIT--I apologize. I didn't know the image was so large & have no idea how to reduce it. That didn't work. And neither did that. Deleted.

 

I played an arrangement of this last winter. I played split lead, including that gnarly 'up an octave' lick towards the end (couldn't hit the Double C at the very end, even though I tried).

I'm going to be very sad if the area that I end up in doesn't have some sort of jazz ensemble for me to participate in, and I'll straight-up cry if there's no local orchestra
