What do you do that you don't understand how your SO can tolerate?

I forget things when I leave the house. A lot. I've been known to walk back into the house enough times that I'll say, "okay, if I forget anything else, too bad." My phone, my keys, cigarettes, purse, sunglasses, etc. He just kinda rolls his eyes and laughs most of the time. Or, "*sigh* Really, baby?"

I'm a little high strung, especially when I'm sleep deprived. Spouse is home this week as he worked so much overtime, his boss insisted he use up his comp time (thanks boss, the weather sucks--we'll make really good use of a sudden week off in January). So last night after researching for weeks, I finally gave in and got us a sweet pair of modern smartphones--but keeping our existing numbers turned into a clustermug. I start to get stressed out. He's Captain Calm. Situation resolved (with no snarking on my part!)
