I just really want to punch ignorant bitches....like all the time. I want that to be my JOB!

 

It's one of those things that if you comment on it, you're afraid its majik will die.

 

When @cinnamongirl pointed it out to me, I said it was a picture, "Before I got to many 2nd breakfasts in me."

I was going to say something, but I don't want to be the guy who is at his birthday party telling new arrivals, "You see that cake. That cake is for me. You know why? 'Cause it's my birthday, bitches! *Drop Mic* *Face In Cake*"

 

For those keeping score, Hercules redeemed himself and I have no complaints at the moment... except, maybe, that my cuddle buddy and I are so warm under the covers that we don't want to get up, even though I'm getting hungry.

 

I spent the last month and a half working on a video for one of the animal rescue groups. Was trying to get feedback/photo choice and branding info and everyone was just brushing me off. So finally, last night I put up a "sneak peek" on fb to at least feel like YES it does exist.

Then this morning I get a text message "but you shouldn't put it up before it has X and X and I don't want to use X pictures".

Fuck.

Took it down. Try to do something nice, and all you get is complaints. Never doing that type of thing again for them, it was ~ 50 hours of work.

 

I'm going to make myself feel like ass on purpose.
I'm an idiot. But I can't pass up a WOD that I know I can do, and I must get a flu shot.
There are record numbers of people in the ERs and hospitals with H1N1 and seasonal flu in the LC area.
And a number of those go the same places that I do... schools, clinics, WalMart... because people are too stupid to stay home.

I downloaded TAMEDOS (widely recommended DOS emulator) in an attempt to run a DOS application on my Windows 7 laptop.

It installed just fine, and says it will take over whenever a DOS program is run.

Nope. It doesn't work.

I tried reinstalling TAMEDOS, this time giving the installer administrator privileges. No difference.

None of the FAQs or documentation on the TAMEDOS site address this at all.

Fuck.

Fever of 102.5*F. Auditory hallucinations, what what?!
I love the flu shot. I feel drunk as hell, and I haven't had any alcohol since last night.
I tend to run 97.6*F, so I'm definitely not feeling cold today.

It wasn't kicking in, so I read a book in the hot bathtub for an hour. That jumpstarted things.
I have to be better by Tuesday!

We hit two charity resale/thrift stores on the way to see my MIL, and came home only one item, a Kitchen Essentials 6 quart stock pot in very good condition but without the lid. I shouldn't bitch for $5.40.
