Watched my Eagles lay a proverbial egg in Minnesota. The Cowboys collapse against the Packers made it all better.

I missed the cowgirls blow their game; puny romo is yet again proving to be Mr. December.

I wasn't in the mood for any more football after watching the Texlers put up a whopping three points, and the Eagles lose a game they needed to win (probably should've won, at least on paper).

Cool poster, rather funny, possibly true.

Schaub is no longer the starter for the Texans, and he might never again be a starter in the NFL. We can't blame him for the nine points the Texans have scored in the last two games. Unfortunately that blame falls on Case Keenum.

Even more unfortunately puny romo might yet get the cowgirls into the 2013 playoffs    .

Looking at replays of the Eagles debacle in Minnesota yesterday, and it's even more infuriating, especially in light of the Dallas implosion...

Tony Romo out for the year with a back injury.

Cowboys HAVE to win Sunday against the Eagles to make the playoffs. That isn't looking likely now.

The Cowgirls are not confirming that Romo is out, however Garrett is saying that they'll be looking to sign another QB.

Btw, I'm an Eagles fan :D

Two bad things about romo being out (if I heard the news correctly the cowgirls have confirmed romo's injury):
The whiney-ass cowgirls fans will have an automatic excuse if the Eagles win, and a reason to be even more obnoxious if the 'girls win.

I want to see the Eagles storm into the playoffs with lots of momentum!!

There should be some good match-ups next Sunday. Sometimes Week 17 is almost boring because most of the playoff spots are sewn up. There are some really meaningful games to be played.

I have a hard time seeing the Eagles taking this lightly, with Chip Kelly at the helm. However, my Philadelphia history tells me never to get too happy in advance. We've seen too many disasters in this town (we still have elders who recount the horrors of the 1964 MLB season as if they were eyewitnesses`to the sinking of the Titanic).

But I have to believe that the Eagles have the edge even if Romo were playing. I just don't see how the 'Girls are gonna stop the Eagles' offense from scoring. Their defense is ragged right now, and the Birds' defense has been playing decently of late.

  16. I interrupt the discussion to make an important announcement:

@Giant Hamburger is the Tilted Time Thirteen fantasy football champion! He clawed his way from the fourth seed in the playoffs and absolutely crushed the competition in the final. Congrats to him!

Now, back to talking about those smelly Cowboys and Eagles. Whichever gets into the playoffs, they're one and done.

I'm just glad I wasn't last this year. I did enjoy my stint in first place for a few weeks.

Man, two of my favorite punters, head to head. Sounds a little weird, but Johnny Hekker (St. Louis) punted for Oregon State, and Jon Ryan is amazing.

It could also be called the Battle of the Gingers.

It is insane how good Peyton Manning is at 37 years old and after 4 neck surgeries.
