    My back/hip/butt hurts. I know I say this every day, but it's just getting worse the closer I get to my due date. I still have 7 weeks of this.

    It makes sitting difficult, which makes working difficult. I just wanna go home and curl up on the couch, but I still have three hours. I would go home because I am not being productive at all, but I am hoarding all my PTO for when baby does show up.

    I have another 3 hours....AND I said I'd make dinner tonight.

    I'm going to fire up a steady stream of green tea. I don't have access to real chicken soup though, mainly because I don't have access to a finicky Jewish mother: Amazing health benefits of bone broth

    Signs are pointing to the flu, @snowy , so I wasn't far off the mark (so far). I'm freezing, I ache, I'm dizzy. This thing better bring it, because I'm going to be on my A-game.

    May the best virus win.

    Another factor is the fact that I literally get sweat on by three different people on average each week. That coupled with the small but ample window of suppressed immunity after 2-hour workouts leaves me somewhat susceptible.

    But, yes, my SO is a perpetual carrier of various germs.

    Well, with the help of TamiFlu (which costs a freaking fortune and my insurance won't pay much on) I fought off the cold/respiratory whatever it was that was after me 3 weeks or so ago.

    Now I've been fighting some other head cold thing for the last couple days. Had a low grade fever last night.

    Not cool.
